NEET MDS 2026 Answer Key Not to Be Released

The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has issued a clear statement regarding the NEET MDS 2026 answer key, confirming that no official answer key or response sheet will be released to candidates.

The board emphasised that NEET MDS is a proprietary examination conducted exclusively by NBEMS, and all examination content remains confidential in nature.

This policy differs significantly from other national-level medical examinations, where candidates can access official answer keys and raise objections based on them.

NBEMS has clarified that candidates will not be able to obtain official answer keys, response sheets, or raise objections through the traditional process. The board stated that NEET MDS question papers and all related materials are owned exclusively by NBEMS and protected under confidentiality agreements.

Candidates are strictly prohibited from sharing, publishing, or circulating any part of the exam content in verbal, written, electronic, or mechanical form. The board has warned that any attempt to violate these norms may result in strict action against candidates.

Important Information for NEET MDS 2026 Candidates

  • No Official Answer Key Release: NBEMS will not publish any official answer key or response sheet
  • Confidentiality Agreement: All exam content is proprietary and protected under Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
  • Prohibition on Content Sharing: Candidates cannot share or publish exam questions or answers
  • No Objection Process: Unlike other exams, candidates cannot raise objections based on answer keys
  • Result Declaration: NBEMS will announce results and cutoff scores separately without releasing answer keys

Understanding NBEMS Proprietary Examination Policy

NBEMS has emphasized that NEET MDS operates under strict confidentiality protocols to maintain the integrity and security of the examination.

The board stated that as a proprietary examination, all question papers, answers, and related materials are classified as confidential information owned exclusively by NBEMS.

This policy ensures that the examination maintains its credibility and prevents unauthorized circulation of exam content.

Candidates who attempt to share or publish exam materials may face serious consequences, including cancellation of their results or legal action.

Unofficial Answer Keys and Memory-Based Questions

While NBEMS will not release official answer keys, memory-based questions and unofficial answer keys may circulate online through various coaching institutes and educational platforms.

However, candidates are advised that these unofficial resources are not endorsed or verified by NBEMS and should not be relied upon for accurate score calculation.

The board has clarified that only the official result and merit list published by NBEMS will be considered authentic and valid for counselling and seat allotment purposes.

What’s Next for Students

NBEMS will announce the NEET MDS 2026 result along with the official cutoff scores and merit list on its official website. Candidates are advised to follow only official notifications from NBEMS for updates regarding results, cutoff percentiles, and counselling schedules.

The result will be declared in the form of a merit list containing marks and All India Rank (AIR) for all candidates. After result declaration, eligible candidates will be required to register for the counselling process conducted by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) for seat allotment in postgraduate dental courses across India.
