Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Common Entrance Test (AMECET) Phase 2 registration has officially begun on May 1, 2026, for candidates who missed the Phase 1 deadline of April 30, 2026.
Aspiring aviation professionals can register online through the official website amecet.in or offline at authorized AME CET centers across India.
The last date to submit the application form is May 31, 2026, providing candidates a full month to complete their registration process.
AMECET Phase 2 is designed for candidates aged 14 to 28 years seeking admission into various aviation courses across India. Candidates can attempt the exam a maximum of three times during their eligibility period.
The entrance test offers admission to multiple courses including Pilot License, Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (DGCA and EASA), Aeronautical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, BBA in Aviation, B.Sc. in Aeronautical Science, Diploma programs, and certification courses like Cabin Crew and Airport Management.

The AMECET Phase 2 registration fee is INR 1,600 for male candidates of general and OBC categories, while female candidates of all categories and SC/ST candidates pay INR 1,400.
Candidates can pay the fee through multiple modes including debit card, credit card, net banking, and digital payment platforms such as Google Pay and Paytm.
For offline registration, candidates must visit authorized AME CET centers, fill the application form with a passport-size photograph, and submit it to the corporate office in New Delhi.
Online applicants receive their registration number via SMS and email immediately after successful payment.

AMECET Phase 2 Registration 2026-How to Apply?
Candidates opting for online registration must visit amecet.in and click the "Apply Online" link to fill basic information and upload their photograph. No documents need to be sent to the office for online applications.
For offline registration, applicants must visit approved AME CET centers, purchase the form after paying the registration fee, fill in their details with a passport-size photograph, and mail the completed form to the AME CET Corporate Office at WZ-13-E, First Floor, Asalatpur, A2 Block, Janakpuri, New Delhi, PIN-110058. Both online and offline applicants receive a registration number that serves as their reference for all future communications with AME CET.
AMECET Exam Pattern and Syllabus Overview
AMECET Phase 2 consists of 90 multiple-choice questions to be completed in 1 hour 30 minutes, available in both Hindi and English languages.
The exam pattern varies based on candidate qualifications: 12th pass PCM candidates face questions in General Awareness, English, Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry; diploma holders and B.Tech graduates answer General Awareness, English, and Aptitude Test questions; while 12th non-PCM and 10th pass candidates are tested on General Awareness, English, and General Intelligence & Reasoning.
The exam is conducted in both online and offline modes on the same day across 40+ centers pan-India, including major cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, and others.

After results are declared in the third week of June, the admission counselling process begins in the last week of June, where candidates are allotted seats based on their rank and course preferences at various aviation institutes across India.
