GJUST Begins Admission For Session 2026-27; Apply by June 1

Guru Jambheshwar University of Science and Technology (GJUST), Hisar, has released the prospectus for admission to various undergraduate, integrated, and postgraduate programs for the academic session 2026-27. Candidates can apply online through the official university website at gjust.ac.in starting from May 4, 2026. The university offers diverse programs in engineering, management, science, medical, and humanities disciplines across multiple campuses.

The GJUST University provides admission to B.Tech, M.Tech, B.Pharm, M.Pharm, MBA, MCA, B.A. LL.B, B.Sc B.Ed, and various other programs through different admission methods. Different courses have different admission bases including HSTES counselling, merit-based selection, GATE preference, GPAT preference, and NCET 2026. Hostel facilities are available for both boys and girls, though seats are limited and allotment follows university rules.

GJUST Application Process and Required Documents

Candidates must apply online only through the official GJUST website at gjust.ac.in. Basic documents required include class 10 and 12 marksheets, graduation marksheet for PG courses, Aadhaar card or valid ID proof, passport-size photograph, and signature scan. Category-specific documents such as SC/BC/EWS certificates, Haryana resident certificate, and PwD certificate must be submitted if applicable.

Additional documents include character certificate, migration certificate, income certificate for EWS or scholarship claims, and NSS or sports certificates if claiming weightage. Online payment can be made through debit card, credit card, net banking, or UPI. The prospectus contains detailed information about fee structure, eligibility criteria, and admission procedures for all programs.

The university offers scholarships for GATE and GPAT qualified students and supernumerary seats for single girl child, Kashmiri migrants, North-East students, children of university employees, and international students. The correction window on June 3, 2026, allows candidates to modify their application details if needed. Candidates are advised to read the prospectus carefully before filling the online application form.
