AP POLYCET 2026 results announced on May 5, 2026 by SBTET. Out of 163,008 candidates who appeared on April 25, 148,950 qualified with 91.37% pass percentage. Rank cards available at polycetap.ap.gov.in.

The State Board of Technical Education and Training (SBTET), Andhra Pradesh, announced the AP POLYCET 2026 results on May 5, 2026, at 10:30 AM. Candidates can download their rank cards from the official website polycetap.ap.gov.in using their hall ticket number.
The examination was conducted on April 25, 2026, in offline OMR-based format across the state for admission into diploma programmes.
A record 177,581 candidates registered for AP POLYCET 2026, with 163,008 appearing for the examination. Of these, 148,950 students qualified, achieving an overall pass percentage of 91.37%.
Education Minister Nara Lokesh announced the results via his official social media account, congratulating all successful candidates and encouraging those who didn't qualify to remain determined.

How to Download Rank Cards?
- Candidates must visit the official SBTET website at polycetap.ap.gov.in to access their results.
- Click on the "POLYCET Rank Card 2026" link on the homepage and enter your hall ticket number.
- The rank card will display on screen with subject-wise marks, total marks, rank, and result status.
- Students should download the PDF and take a clear printout for future reference, as physical copies will not be sent via post, email, or courier.
Performance Highlights and District Rankings
Girls have significantly outperformed boys this year, with a pass percentage of 93.57% compared to boys' performance.
Tribal districts showed exceptional results, with Alluri Sitharama Raju district achieving 99.11% pass percentage, Polavaram at 95.46%, and Parvathipuram Manyam at 93.45%.
These districts rank among the top performers in the state, reflecting strong technical education adoption across regions.

Rank Card Details and Verification Requirements
Each rank card contains the candidate's name, hall ticket number, subject-wise marks, total marks, rank, and result status. Students must verify all printed details carefully and report any discrepancies directly to SBTET.
The rank card is mandatory for document verification at AP POLYCET helpline centres before web-based counselling registration begins. Students can also contact the Mana Mitra helpline at 9552300009 for result-related queries.
What’s Next for Students
Admission through AP POLYCET leads to diploma-level programmes in both engineering and non-engineering streams at government, aided, and private polytechnic colleges across Andhra Pradesh.
The seat allotment process will be conducted online through web-based counselling. Candidates must register and lock their college and course choices through option entry.
Seat allotment letters can be downloaded by paying a fee of Rs 800. Students can also visit POLYCET helpline centres to complete option entry in person if preferred.
