BITSAT application portal 2026 is open on the official website at admissions.bits-pilani.ac.in. BITSAT registration 2026 began from 15 December 2025.
- You can apply for only 1 session or both sessions of BITSAT 2026 during the first registration window till 16 March 2026.
- The registration window will be reopened, where you can apply for the BITSAT 2026 session 2.
- You can apply for the BITSAT 2026 session 2 from 20 April to 2 May 2026.
- You must have completed class 12 from any recognised board to be eligible to apply for BITSAT 2026.
Registered eligible candidates can appear for the BITSAT session 1 from 15 April to 17 April 2026. You can appear for the BITSAT session 2 from 24 May to 26 May 2026.

BITSAT Application Fee 2026
BITSAT application fee is different for Male and Female candidates. Female and transgender candidates have a similar BITSAT application fee.
- If you wish to appear for BITSAT only once, you will need to pay INR 3,500 (male) or INR 3000 (female/transgender).
- If you wish to appear for both sessions of BITSAT 2026, you will need to pay INR 5,500 (male) or INR 4,500 (Female/transgender).
- If you appeared for BITSAT session 1 and want to appear for Session 2 also, you must pay an additional fee of INR 2,000 (male), or INR 1500 (female).

BITSAT Application Form: Eligibility Criteria
BITS Pilani releases its BITSAT eligibility criteria on the official website at bitsadmission.com. Eligibility criteria are different for BE, MSc, and BPharm courses. For all courses, you must have completed class 12th from any recognized board with at least 5 subjects.

BITSAT Eligibility for BE and MSc Courses
For BE courses except BE Environmental and Sustainability Engineering, you must have completed class 12th with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics subjects.
- You must have secured a minimum of 75% marks in aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
- You must also have secured at least 60% marks each in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.

BITSAT Eligibility for BPharma and BE Environmental and Sustainability Engineering
For BPharma and BE Environmental and Sustainability Engineering, you must have completed class 12th with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology subjects.
- You must have secured a minimum of 75% marks in aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Maths.
- You must also have secured at least 60% marks each in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Maths.

How to Check BITSAT 2026 Application Form Status?
After completing the status of the BITSAT Application form, candidates can check if their application has been approved and the fee payment has been processed. The BITSAT Application form status ensures that there are no errors or pending processes before the BITSAT Exam.

- Visit the official BITSAT Website, bitsadmission.com.

BITSAT 2026 Registration vs JEE Main 2026 Registration
BITSAT registration starts from 15 December 2025 this year whereas JEE Main registration will begin in January 2026 for session 2. Application for both exams is done online.
- BITSAT is conducted in 2 sessions in April and May. However, JEE Main is conducted in January and April sessions.
- You must pay a fee of INR 5,500 (male) or INR 4,500 (female) to apply for BITSAT. However, the JEE Main fee for male candidates is INR 2,000 and INR 1,700 for females.

The BITSAT 2024 admit card is expected to be released on May 15, 2024. You can download it from the official BITSAT website. As for the mode of the exam, the BITSAT 2024 will be conducted in online mode (Computer Based Test).
