NTA declared the CUET UG 2026 result on June 23 2026. Candidates can download scorecards at cuet.nta.nic.in. Eight questions were dropped in the final answer key.
The National Testing Agency (NTA) has declared the CUET UG 2026 result on the official website at cuet.nta.nic.in. The entrance exam was conducted from May 11 to May 31 and June 6 to June 7, 2026, with 15,68,867 registered candidates and 11,64,098 candidates appearing for the examination. The agency released the final answer key earlier on the same day, and the scorecard portal is now live for all eligible candidates.
Candidates can log in through the dedicated portal at examinationservices.nic.in using their application number and date of birth or password. NTA has also dropped eight questions from the final answer key. All eligible candidates will receive full marks for the dropped questions, regardless of whether they attempted them.

- You will be redirected to examinationservices.nic.in.
- Enter your application number and date of birth or password.
- Submit the details to view the scorecard.
- Download the scorecard PDF and keep a printed copy for future use.

What Happens to the Eight Dropped Questions?
NTA reviewed objections raised against the provisional answer key before releasing the final answer key. After expert evaluation, eight questions were dropped.
Every eligible candidate will receive full marks for these questions, even if they did not attempt them. This move is aimed at ensuring fairness and protecting candidates from disputed or ambiguous questions.
CUET UG 2026 College Predictor
Candidates who have received their scorecards can use the CUET UG 2026 College Predictor to estimate their chances of admission to Delhi University, BHU, JNU, and other participating institutions. The tool analyzes your score and previous cut-off trends to help you shortlist colleges before the counselling and seat allocation process begins.
What Comes Next? CSAS and University Counselling
NTA does not conduct a centralized counselling process for CUET UG admissions. Candidates must apply separately through the admission portals of their preferred universities.
- Delhi University admissions are conducted through the Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS).
- Banaras Hindu University (BHU) and Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) have their own admission portals.
- Several central universities also use ecounselling.nic.in for admissions.
Candidates should closely monitor these portals for registration dates, merit lists, and counselling schedules.
