Remarks

I was bit confused when I completed my 12th standard so i opted for every entrance exam for BBA and luckily was selected in most of the entrance exam but i scored pretty well marks so I decided to opt for Delhi university.I was not sure that i will be able to get admission in North Campus but i waited for cut off and got admission in Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Khalsa.I preferred Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Khalsa over other colleges because first of all its in north campus and SGTB has one of the best infrastructure in Du.

Course Curriculum Overview

Yes, I am totally satisfied by my course, curriculum, academics, faculties. Our college is known for science department we have one of the best laboratories in DU. Other than studies there are many extracurricular activities like sports and plays. Our college aspirants have also represented our country in sports and many other fields.

Class Size: 70Course Fees: INR 29000 per year

Placement Experience

There are various companies that visit our college for college recruitment. I just entered 3rd year so I don’t know exactly which companies visit our college but every year 20-30 students get college recruitment after completing the course.

Du is known for its campus life other than academics there are plenty of experience to gain be it VC park or other street food.Our college have plenty of extra curricular activities we have various societies like jazbaa.They participate in inter college competition and work hard to prepare for it.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements from the 6th semester of college. Placement Experience:

Placemenets of the overall colleges are good, especially for commerce related streams, however for science streams they are just well. Highest package varies around 12-15lpa and average is 5-9lpa. 60% students get placed while others either prefer higher studies or get rejected. I plan to go for higher studies.

I choose this course because i have a keen interest in history . my curriculum prepare me for my future , it develop a thinking way in that way so that i can think in all the ways and direction. it teaches how small impact or method or matter impacted whole future. so your small decisions also played role in what will be your future be. i think there is a great need to improve in teaching method. mainly history is not only limited upto dates and king stories . it is alot from this . it teaches many things which sharp a individual personality. Exam happened twice times in a year and timing for core subject is 3 hours and for value and skill addition subject it is 1/2 hours depending upon subject

Sgtb khalsa , hidden gem of NC DU

The college is purely based on merit list except for the seat reserved for Sikh minority. However the crowd here is very mindful and cohesive. People you start getting along with will greet you wherever they see you and always up to help u with anything u want/need. The staff is equally active and works for students through students.
