UBTER JEEP 2026 First Allotment Released at admissions.ubterjeep.co.in; Check Reporting Dates

The Uttarakhand Board of Technical Education (UBTER) has released the first seat allotment result for Joint Entrance Examination Polytechnic (JEEP) 2026 Counselling Round 1. The result is now available on the official portal at admissions.ubterjeep.co.in. Candidates who have been allotted seats must report to their respective institutes for document verification and admission formalities.

The reporting and document verification window will open on June 25, 2026, and remain active until July 2, 2026. Candidates who fail to complete the process within the stipulated period may lose their allotted seat.

The seat allotment covers admissions to various Diploma Engineering, Pharmacy, and Lateral Entry programmes. UBTER is conducting the counselling process in two rounds for the 2026 academic session.

How to Check the UBTER JEEP 2026 Seat Allotment Result?

Candidates can follow these steps to access their allotment status:

• Visit the official portal at admissions.ubterjeep.co.in.
• Click on the Candidate Login link for the respective group.
• Enter your Registration Number and Password.
• Click on the Seat Allotment Result tab.
• Download and save the Allotment Letter for future reference.

Documents Required for Reporting

Candidates must carry the following original documents along with one set of photocopies:

• JEEP 2026 Seat Allotment Letter
• JEEP 2026 Admit Card
• Printout of the JEEP 2026 Application Form
• Class 10 Mark Sheet and Pass Certificate
• Permanent Residence Certificate of Uttarakhand
• Caste Certificate (if applying under a reserved category)
• Recent Passport-Size Photographs
• Valid Government Photo ID (such as Aadhaar Card)

How to Report at the Allotted Institute?

Candidates allotted seats must report in person to their assigned institute with all required documents. Institute officials will verify the submitted documents against the original certificates.

Following successful verification, candidates must pay the admission fee prescribed by the respective college. Once the fee payment is completed, the allotted seat will be confirmed.

Counselling Fee and Seat Confirmation

UBTER has not charged any fee for online counselling registration. However, the admission and seat confirmation fee becomes payable only after seat allotment. Candidates must submit this payment at the allotted institute during the reporting process to secure their admission.

1. Log in to admissions.ubterjeep.co.in and download the allotment letter.
2. Verify your allotted college, branch, and reporting venue.
3. Collect all original documents and one set of photocopies.
4. Arrange the admission fee as per the institute notice.
5. Report to the allotted institute before July 2, 2026.
6. Complete document verification and confirm your admission.
