Why This Matters

INI SS seats fill some of India's most competitive super speciality posts. These DM MCh and MD seats are limited and in high demand. A wrong Round 1 choice can shut the door on later upgrades. Reading the seat acceptance options carefully is critical.

Action Plan for Candidates

  1. Log in to aiimsexams.ac.in and view your Round 1 allotment.
  2. Decide between Accept and Exit or Accept and Continue.
  3. Confirm your choice within the seat acceptance window.
  4. Arrange original documents and the prescribed institute fee.
  5. Report at the allotted institute on or before June 29 2026.
  6. Collect a reporting acknowledgement slip from the institute.
Keep an Eye On

Watch the AIIMS portal for the Round 2 counselling schedule. The vacancy list and revised choice filling will follow.
