SUAT 2026 to be Held on July 6 for MTech Admission at silicon.ac.in; Check How to Apply

Silicon University has issued the Silicon University Admission Test (SUAT) 2026 notice. The entrance test will be held on July 6, 2026. It is meant for MTech admission for the 2026-27 academic session. The official notice is available on the university portal at silicon.ac.in.

The exam will be conducted by Silicon University, Bhubaneswar. It is open to candidates seeking admission to MTech programmes. Admission can also be granted through valid GATE or OJEE PGAT scores.

Shortlisted candidates will appear for a Personal Interview. The interview decides final admission to the MTech programme. The 2026-27 academic session is scheduled to begin on August 10, 2026.

Silicon University offers MTech across three engineering streams for the 2026-27 session. Candidates can choose one specialisation while filling the application form.

• Computer Science and Engineering (CSE)
• Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE)
• Electrical and Electronics Engineering (Power Engineering and Energy Systems)

Who Is Eligible to Apply?

Silicon University accepts three entrance pathways for MTech admission. A valid GATE score in the relevant discipline is one option. A valid OJEE PGAT rank is also accepted.

Candidates without these scores can write SUAT 2026. Applicants must hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline. The qualifying degree percentage also counts during selection.

How to Apply for SUAT 2026?

Candidates must complete the online application before the exam date. The full process is hosted on the official Silicon University portal.

• Visit the Silicon University admission portal at silicon.ac.in.
• Click on the SUAT 2026 registration link on the admissions page.
• Fill the online application form with personal and academic details.
• Upload the required documents in the specified format and size.
• Pay the application fee through the available online payment modes.
• Submit the completed form and save the confirmation page for records.
