Who Is Eligible to Apply?

Eligibility depends on the track a candidate chooses. The two tracks run side by side but draw from different merit lists.

  • GPAT-based track: Candidates must hold a valid GPAT 2026 scorecard issued by the National Testing Agency (NTA). Merit is drawn from GPAT scores.
  • Qualifying exam-based track: Candidates without a GPAT score may apply on the strength of their B.Pharm qualifying degree marks. Merit is drawn from the B.Pharm aggregate.

A Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) degree from an institution approved by the Pharmacy Council of India is the base requirement for both tracks.

Why Two Tracks Matter

  2. Decide your track based on whether you hold a valid GPAT 2026 scorecard.
  3. Keep your B.Pharm marksheet, degree certificate, GPAT scorecard, ID proof, and category certificate ready.
  4. Complete registration before the relevant deadline: July 5 for GPAT Round 1 or July 31 for qualifying exam-based.
  5. Fill choices carefully and lock them within the choice-filling window.
  6. Download the allotment letter during the print window and report to the allotted institute on time.
