The All India Management Association (AIMA) has officially started MAT February session registrations. Aspiring candidates can now submit their applications online at https://mat.aima.in/.

  • The registration window for the AIMA MAT February Exam 2026 for PBT mode is open until 23rd Feb, 2026 and CBT mode will be open until 2nd March, 2026.
  • The AIMA MAT September PBT mode exam is scheduled for 23rd Feb, 2026 and the CBT mode exam is scheduled on 2nd March, 2026.

MAT 2025 Registration for December Session (Started)

MAT registration for the February session has started, and the registration window will be opened until March 2026.

MAT 2026 Registration Process

MAT 2025 Registration for December Session (Started)

  1. Online Registration: Visit https://mat.aima.in/ and register yourself by filling in your personal details. Verify your phone number.
  2. Fill Application Form: Select mode of test i.e. CBT or PBT
  3. Selection of Test Centers: Candidates can select up to 5 cities from a list of 50 cities.
  4. Upload Photo and Signature: Keep the following dimensions and format in mind:

MAT 2026 Application Fees

  • Candidates can choose the exam mode between CBT and PBT by paying ₹2200. The application fee will be the same for both‌ exam modes.
  • Candidates can opt for two exams by paying ₹3800.

Mistakes to Avoid

  • Candidates must check that their name, email address, number, and address are correctly filled in the application form.
  • Candidates must check the size, dimensions, and quality of the images uploaded. In case the picture is blurred or not as per specifications, your Application form will be rejected.
  • Candidates must make sure that Registration fee payment is successful and they have received the confirmation mail or message.

Note: Candidate must check that there are no discrepancies in application form as there is no provision of correcting the discrepancies and discrepancies will lead to rejection of application form.

MAT 2026 Registration Process FAQs

Ques. Is the application fees refundable?

Ans. No, the application fees will not be refunded under any circumstances. Be very cautious while registering for the exam and choose the exam modes carefully.

Ques. Is there a difference between MAT CBT, PBT, and IBT modes?

Ans. MAT PBT (Paper-based test) is conducted on a single day and the test-takers are provided with a question paper booklet and OMR sheet at the exam center. MAT CBT is an online mode exam that is usually conducted on 2 dates. The candidates are provided with a computer system at the test center. The questions appear on the screen and candidates need to mark the answers using the computer mouse. MAT IBT is conducted as an online home-based remote proctored test on 5-7 dates.

Ques. What documents do I need to keep ready before the MAT application form?

Ans.

  • Candidates must have scanned copies of recent passport-size photos and signatures.
  • Academic documents such as Class 10 and Class 12 mark sheets. Also, the graduation certificate/Mark sheet.

Ques. Can I make corrections to the MAT application after the submission?

Ans. No, AIMA does not allow form corrections once the MAT application is submitted. If there is a major error in the application form, candidates have to register again with a new mobile and phone number and also have to pay the registration fee again.

Ques. I paid the fee, but the registration slip is not generated. What should I do?

Ans. If the amount is deducted but the confirmation slip is not generated, wait for 24-48 hours. If the issue still persists, contact the AIMA helpline with the proof of the payment.

The registration process for MAT 2023 February session has been started. The last date to register for this examination is February 14, 2023. The examination will be conducted on February 19, 2022.
