Remarks
Students must have 55% or more marks in the aggregate of Physics, Chemistry and Maths. 50% or more marks in one compulsory language. Merit will be calculated based on aggregate percentage in Physics, Chemistry and Maths.
Course Curriculum Overview
The faculty of the chemistry department of Miranda House is literally the best in the entire DU. Professors are way too kind and provide the students with the finest quality of education. Students in my batch are 90 in number and professors are 18.
Internships Opportunities
Accenture Dell BYJU's Tech Mahindra and many more offered internships which provided really high stipends of 8Ok and the average stipend stood at 8.5k. Internships, usually, are also offered by companies visiting during fests.
Placement Experience
The companies that visited Miranda House were Accenture Dell BYJU's Tech Mahindra etc. They offered the highest package at 19 lakhs and the average package was 7.5 lakhs. 1.3% of students got placed. Apparently, I'm preparing for CAT so MBA after BSc probably.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee is around 17k per annum. The college provides many scholarships to students. The mention of all such scholarships can be accessed from the official site of Miranda House. Internship jobs offered by companies also help in financially supporting the students.
Campus Life
Tempest- annual fest of Miranda House is conducted yearly in February. Miranda House possesses a magnificent library with the availability of all the course books. Classrooms are well ventilated with the presence of glass windows. The seats are comfortable and the rooms are well lit. The campus is a beauty. Wi-Fi is available as well. Labs are always arranged and cleaned out. They are always stocked too. Societies are many and students can join whatever they are interested in.
