The Telangana Council of Higher Education (TGCHE) has opened the Degree Online Services Telangana (TS DOST) 2026 Phase 3 registration window on the official portal at dost.cgg.gov.in. The registration window closes on June 15, 2026. Candidates seeking admission to undergraduate degree courses for the 2026-27 academic year can apply in this final phase.

The Phase 3 registration fee is Rs 400. Web options must be exercised by June 16, 2026. Certificate verification for special categories such as PH, CAP, NCC, and Extra-Curricular Activities will also close on June 16, 2026.

TS DOST is the centralised online admission system for undergraduate degree programmes across government, aided, and private colleges in Telangana. Admission is based on Intermediate (Class 12) marks. TS DOST is not an entrance examination.

How to Register for TS DOST 2026 Phase 3?

Candidates can generate a DOST ID through the website, the DOST mobile app, or designated MeeSeva centres. The DOST app option is restricted to TGBIE students. The steps to register online are listed below.

  • Visit the official portal at dost.cgg.gov.in.
  • Select the new registration link for Phase 3.
  • Pay the registration fee of Rs 400 online.
  • Generate the DOST ID after successful payment.
  • Fill the application form with personal and academic details.
  • Submit web options for preferred colleges and courses by June 16.
  • Complete certificate verification if applying under a special category.

What Happens After Seat Allotment?

TGCHE will publish the Phase 3 seat allotment list on June 20, 2026. Allotted candidates must complete online self-reporting on the portal by June 25, 2026. Physical reporting at the allotted college must be done between June 20 and June 27, 2026.

Candidates who skip self-reporting or college reporting will lose the allotted seat. Orientation for newly admitted students is scheduled for June 29 and June 30, 2026. Regular classes for the 2026-27 session begin on July 1, 2026.

Phase 3 is the final admission round under TS DOST 2026. Candidates who missed Phase 1 and Phase 2 get one last chance here. From 2026-27, five-year integrated UG-PG programmes will also be admitted through DOST.
