Kakatiya University opens TG CPGET 2026 registration from May 15, 2026 at cpget.tgche.ac.in for postgraduate admissions across 9 Telangana universities. Candidates must submit applications by June 10, 2026 without late fee.

Kakatiya University has launched the TG CPGET 2026 registration portal on May 15, 2026 at cpget.tgche.ac.in. Eligible candidates seeking admission to postgraduate courses must apply online before the deadline. The Common Post Graduate Entrance Test is conducted for 9 participating universities across Telangana.
TG CPGET 2026 is a university-level entrance examination for postgraduate admissions in Telangana. The test qualifies candidates for MA, M.Sc., M.Com., M.Ed., and M.P.Ed. courses across participating institutions. This examination is mandatory for all PG aspirants seeking admission in Telangana universities.
General and OBC candidates must pay Rs 800 for one subject. SC, ST, and PwD candidates must pay Rs 600 for one subject. All candidates must pay Rs 450 for each additional subject they wish to appear in.

Candidates must have completed a Bachelor's degree in the relevant subject with minimum 40% aggregate marks. SC/ST candidates need only pass the qualifying examination without minimum marks requirement. Candidates with compartmental degrees are eligible if they have 40% aggregate marks in the qualifying subject.
How to Apply for TG CPGET 2026?
- Visit the official website at cpget.tgche.ac.in and click on the "Application Fee Payment" link.
- Enter your qualifying exam details, hall ticket number, name, date of birth, mobile number, and email ID.
- Select payment mode (Debit Card, Credit Card, or Net Banking) and complete the fee payment.
- Click "Proceed to Fill Application" after successful payment.
- Fill the CPGET application form with all mandatory details and select your preferred courses.
- Upload required documents including birth certificate/SSC certificate, category certificate, passport-size photograph, and signature.
- Preview your application thoroughly before final submission. Step 8: Take a printout of the submitted application form for future reference.

Candidates must upload scanned copies of birth certificate or SSC certificate, category certificate (if applicable), passport-size photograph (40 KB, JPG format), and signature (30 KB, JPG format). Valid email ID and mobile number are mandatory for registration and communication purposes.
Candidates can make corrections to their submitted application form during June 16 to June 19, 2026. Visit the official website, click on "TS CPGET Application Correction" link, and enter your login credentials. Edit the required fields, cross-check all details, and submit the corrected form. The entrance exam will be conducted in objective (MCQ) format with 100 questions and 90 minutes duration.
