What Allotted Candidates Must Do Now
Candidates who have secured a seat in Round 1 must complete the online token fee payment by June 30, 2026. Paying the token fee is mandatory to confirm the allotted seat. Failure to pay the fee within the prescribed deadline will lead to automatic cancellation of the allotment.
Once the payment is successful, candidates can download their provisional allotment letter from the portal. They must then report to the allotted institute with the required documents within the reporting schedule announced by ACPC.

Options Available After Round 1 Allotment

- Accept and upgrade: Pay the token fee, retain the current seat, and remain eligible for Round 2 upgradation.
- Cancel and exit: Cancel the allotted seat between June 26 and July 2, 2026 to participate in later counselling rounds.
Counselling Process Overview
The ACPC BTech counselling process is conducted in multiple rounds and includes registration, document verification, merit list publication, choice filling and locking, seat allotment, online fee payment, and institute reporting.
Seats are allotted based on GUJCET merit for home-state candidates and JEE Main scores for the all-India quota. ACPC also conducts a mock round before final choice locking to help candidates understand their admission prospects.
Missing the June 30 fee payment deadline cancels the Round 1 allotment automatically. Candidates lose their current seat and must re-enter the choice pool for Round 2 with no guarantee of the same institute or branch.
