The University of Delhi has released the BTech Round 1 seat allotment result for 2026 on admission.uod.ac.in. Allotted candidates must accept the seat by June 29 and pay the fee by July 1 to confirm admission.
The University of Delhi (DU) has released the Bachelor of Technology (BTech) Round 1 seat allotment result for the 2026-27 academic session. The allotment list is live on the official admission portal at admission.uod.ac.in. Candidates can log in with their application number and password to check their allotted programme.
The first allotment list went live on June 24, 2026. Allotted candidates must accept the seat by June 29, 2026. The last date to pay the admission fee is July 1, 2026. Round 2 seat allotment is scheduled for July 2, 2026.
The admission is conducted by the Faculty of Technology under the University of Delhi. Seats are offered on the basis of JEE Main 2026 Common Rank List (CRL) scores. Candidates registered separately on the engineering admission portal during the registration window that closed on June 18, 2026.

DU BTech 2026 Programmes and Seats
The Faculty of Technology offers three BTech programmes for the 2026-27 session. Each programme has an intake of 120 seats, taking the total intake to 360 seats.

The total course fee for the four-year BTech programme is approximately Rs 5.88 lakh. The annual fee is around Rs 1.47 lakh. Hostel charges are separate and apply to students opting for university accommodation.
How to Check the DU BTech Round 1 Seat Allotment Result?
Allotted candidates can view their seat allotment in a few simple steps. The result is hosted on the official DU admission portal.
- Visit admission.uod.ac.in.
- Click on the BTech 2026 admission login link.
- Enter your application number and password.
- Open the Seat Allotment tab.
- View the allotted programme and download the allotment letter.
How to Confirm the Allotted Seat?
Seat confirmation is a two-step process:
- Accept the allotted seat online through the candidate dashboard.
- Pay the admission fee by July 1, 2026.
Candidates who fail to accept the seat by June 29, 2026, or miss the fee payment deadline, will lose their allotted seat, and it will be offered in Round 2.
The Faculty of Technology received around 3,620 BTech applications this session. With only 360 seats on offer, Round 1 cutoffs are sharp. Missing the fee deadline can push candidates further down the merit pool.
