DCECE 2026 Registration Extended till April 27; Exam May 23 & 24

The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) has extended the registration deadline for DCECE 2026 till April 27, 2026. Candidates seeking admission to Diploma in Civil Engineering (PE), Mechanical Engineering (PM), and Paramedical (PMM) courses can now apply online at bceceboard.bihar.gov.in. The extension provides additional time for candidates to complete their application process before the final deadline. The examination will be conducted on May 23 and 24, 2026 for admission to various polytechnic and paramedical institutes across Bihar.

To apply for DCECE 2026, candidates need to visit the official BCECEB website and fill the online application form with accurate personal and educational information. The application process is entirely online and candidates must complete registration, fee payment, and document submission within the stipulated deadline. Candidates must have passed Class 12 or equivalent examination to be eligible for DCECE 2026. The application fee varies depending on the category and number of courses applied for by the candidate.

DCECE 2026 examination will be conducted in two phases. Diploma in Civil Engineering (PE) exam will be held on May 23, 2026 while Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (PM) and Paramedical (PMM) exams will be conducted on May 24, 2026. The examination will be conducted in online mode (Computer-Based Test) at designated exam centers across Bihar. Candidates must report to their examination center at least 30 minutes before the scheduled exam time with their admit card and valid photo ID.

Candidates can make corrections to their submitted application form during the correction window scheduled for April 28-29, 2026. The admit card will be released on May 15, 2026 and candidates can download it from the official website using their registration credentials. The admit card contains essential information including exam date, time, exam center location, and other important instructions. Candidates must download and verify all details carefully before appearing for the examination.

The examination will test candidates' knowledge in subjects relevant to their chosen course. Results will be declared after the completion of both examination phases and merit lists will be prepared based on candidates' performance. Candidates who qualify the examination will be eligible for admission to various polytechnic and paramedical colleges across Bihar.
