AP NEET PG 2025 Round 3 Registration Begins for CQ/MQ Seats; Cut-Off Reduced

AP NEET PG 2025 Round 3 registrations have started for CQ/MQ seats after the cut-off was lowered. Eligible candidates can apply online through the official website within the given deadline.

Dr NTR University of Health Sciences (NTRUHS), Vijayawada, has released an official notification inviting online applications for AP NEET PG 2025–26 Round 3 (Mop-Up) and Stray Vacancy Counselling following the reduction of qualifying cut-off scores by the National Board of Examinations (NBE). The application process is open for both In-service and Non-service candidates under the Competent Authority Quota and Management Quota.

As per the notice, eligible candidates can apply online from 10:00 AM on January 14, 2026, to 6:00 PM on January 19, 2026, through the official website drntr.uhsap.in. Candidates who had already applied earlier and are listed in the merit list are not required to reapply.

The university has issued the notification after NBE lowered the qualifying percentiles for NEET PG 2025. The revised cut-off scores are:

  • General/EWS: 7th percentile – 103 marks
  • General-PwBD: 5th percentile – 90 marks
  • SC/ST/OBC (including PwBD): 0 percentile – (-40) marks

Only Andhra Pradesh local candidates fulfilling eligibility norms are eligible for Competent Authority Quota seats. Candidates from other states must carefully verify their eligibility before applying.

To prevent seat blocking, a refundable security deposit of ₹50,000 has been introduced for Competent Authority Quota and ₹3,00,000 for Management Quota candidates participating in Mop-Up counselling. The deposit will be refunded after admissions if the candidate joins or is not allotted any seat.

The registration fee ranges between ₹5,000 and ₹13,000, depending on category and domicile status. Any extension after January 19 will attract a late fee, which will be notified later. Candidates must complete their internship by July 31, 2025, to be eligible.
