AP ECET 2026 Answer Key & Response Sheet Out; Objection Window Till April 29

JNTU Anantapur has released the AP ECET 2026 preliminary answer key on the official website cets.apsche.ap.gov.in/ECET. Candidates who appeared for the exam on April 23, 2026 can now download the answer key and response sheets.

The objection window remains open until April 29, 2026 at 5:00 PM for candidates to challenge any incorrect answers with supporting evidence.

The AP ECET 2026 exam was conducted on April 23, 2026 in two sessions morning (9:00 AM to 12:00 PM) and afternoon (2:00 PM to 5:00 PM).

Candidates can compare their responses with the preliminary answer key to estimate their probable scores.

The objection process allows students to challenge answers they believe are incorrect, with each objection requiring a Rs. 300 fee that is refundable if the objection is found valid.

How to Download AP ECET 2026 Answer Key?

Candidates must visit the official AP ECET website and navigate to the "Master Question Papers with Preliminary Keys" section to download the answer key for their respective streams.

The answer key is available in PDF format for all 13 engineering streams including Civil Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, and others.

Students can download the key without logging in and compare it with their responses.

Steps to Raise Objections Against AP ECET Answer Key

To raise objections, candidates need to access the "Key Objections" portal on the official website. They must provide their registration number, ECET hall ticket number, and mobile number to proceed.

The objection form requires candidates to specify the question ID, preliminary key, their claimed response, and supporting reference details.

Each objection submission requires a Rs. 300 fee, which will be refunded if the objection is found valid by the evaluation committee.

How to Access AP ECET Response Sheet?

The response sheet feature allows candidates to view their individual answers marked during the exam.

By accessing the "Student Response Sheet" section, candidates can enter their registration number and hall ticket number to retrieve their marked responses.

This helps students cross-verify their answers against the preliminary key and identify questions where they may want to raise objections.

The response sheet clearly indicates which option was marked as the correct answer with a green tick.

Important Guidelines for AP ECET Objection Submission

Candidates should note that the decision of the evaluation committee regarding objection validity is final, and no further correspondence will be entertained. The Rs. 300 objection fee is non-refundable for invalid objections.

Students are advised to carefully review the preliminary key and supporting materials before submitting objections to ensure they have valid evidence for their claims.

What’s Next for Students

After the objection window closes on April 29, 2026, JNTU Anantapur will analyze all submitted objections and release the final answer key along with results on May 7, 2026.

Candidates who qualify will receive their rank cards, which are mandatory for participating in the AP ECET counselling process.

The counselling process will include registration, choice filling, certificate verification, and seat allotment at various engineering colleges across Andhra Pradesh.
