In this college we enjoyed our sports meet, freshers party, handi fhood competition on janamashtmi and we also enjoyed the diwali festival
Placement - the university has good ties with reputed companies, which results in decent placement opportunities. the placement cell works diligently to connect students with potential employers and prepare them for interviews and job placements.

Dislikes

On campus placement in our campus is not very well.
The facultg to student ratio is too low, teachers often leave mid semester or after teaching for only one semester.
Hostel food is very bad in college . to alive we eat maggi

We aspects from our college to give us a good job
We see the very different things from this college
Our faculties have very experience and good knowledge

Life of a DBUUian

Likes

The College is pocket friendly in budget as compare to the other colleges of Dehradun.
Teachers are supportive and provides one to one interaction as well.
Facilities like bus transport are available for long distance students also.

Dislikes

The management has to be improved in my opinion.
There should be punch in biometric for the students.
Transportation is not good there as the college is far from the Market

Placement Experience:

From the last year means 7th semester, you can apply for placements. Daffodil, Josh Technologies, PlanetSpark but they made offers. Highest Package was i guess 30LPA but it was not from our batch, i have seen this in the website of DBUU. No idea about the exact percentage, but it is very low. Getting a good job in a Company where i can upgrade my skills and can learn new skills according to the market or industry's requirements.

DBUU Review for BAMS

Likes

The faculty of BAMS is good and highly professional.
The security for students is also good and impressive
Teachers focuses on each and every student & we don’t get any vacant class means teachers are always present in the class and also helps us in our studies.

Dislikes

The management is not good & not very reachable.
The infrastructure of the class is ok ok and is not maintained properly.
Very less patients in the OPD and no clinical postings

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course (BAMS) is very good and interesting. In initial days it is little bit difficult to understand the concepts but teachers explains very well that you will get the concepts as Ayurveda is a different & ancient science . You will get very much of written work No clinical postings and OPD postings. I think it should be implemented

Reality of Dev bhoomi uttarakhand University

Likes

The college fee is affordable as compared to other colleges
Teacher are supporting and help in overall growth
College fest are the best thing each and every event is celebrated at the college

Dislikes

Outside the city and no social exposure as it's far from city
Faculty changes frequently and there is no permanent teacher

Placement Experience:

There a a decent number of campus placement as a lot of companies come to the campus for job hiring and each and every student is prepared for the placement drives and the college tries that every student should be placed

DBUU's Real Life

Likes

Atmosphere is good, teachers are supporting.
Fee is less as compared to the other Colleges in Dehradun.
Located at a place surrounded by greenery.

Dislikes

Lack of Management, Sometimes, it irritates
Attendance is mandatory for the final year students also.
No guidance for Internships and less placement oppportunities.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Actually, i was technology driven, that is the only reason i chose this course for my studies. zero. It should be more practical than focusing just on academics, it will help students to become industry oriented. Not so difficult, you can easily pass the Exams, if you are a average kinda student.

Best way to tell about any college

I like in DBUU friendly environment with teachers and there is good exam criteria which helps to students pass without any backlog
Also it conducts yearly sports events and cultural activities which encourage students to get more benefits of college

Dislikes

The fine fee criteria of this college is not good.
DBUU is also not good in placements form last some 2-3 years

I rate my curriculum of DBUU is 9 out of 10,(9/10). The curriculum of my course is enhance my knowledge of different subjects like Data structure,Computer network, Operating systems and more . Comprehensiveness:- Strong theoretical foundations Practical exposure Interdisciplinary approaches.

This is a very good college have all the facilities
The teaching method of the faculty is also very and understanding
The ratio of boys and girls is also is in balance

I dislike that there are less sports opportunity
I also dislike our canteen it have highly rated food

Placement Experience:

There are good placements for students from our college. Approx. In 6 semester a student is eligible for placement. If he/she is good in study so they can get high package placement. My plans after getting degree are to go to academics
