My college days

Likes

Annual function is quite good they always book so famous and good singers
Staff selection is great for every subject there are great staffs for different different subjects
Sports function happens every with good prize and there are many sports

Dislikes

I hate the classes there some room are very short and some are very long
Study equipment is also very bad there are many projectors which doesn't even wort
Bathroom is bad and smelly and it stinks very badly

Admission:

I choose this college over the other colleges because sorrunding near college is very peaceful and naturish type I found the college less costly and cheap compared to other universities and it is quite affordable as a university And there are very good musicals function/annual function and sports function this is some reason I choose this college over others Admission process is quite easy you just go to admission cell and you joined college

THE FINE COLLEGE Dev Bhoomi Uttarakhand University

Likes

Faculties are best they are enough qualified to teach
university have good computer labs enough to do coding
hostel room have enough space to live 2 or 3 people

Dislikes

faculties are good but some of them know nothing about their subject except their ego
lab attendant have more attitude then the professor
in the hostel mess food is very unhygienic

Admission:

this college is better because the fee structure and the quality they provide this college is budget friendly but the problem it the missing lab equipments sports equipment the dont do any effort to improve the uni they focus to earn money

Placement cell is quite support . Ensures to provide best placements
Teachers aree supportive towards your career choices and guiding you
Strict . Penalties and fines. That maintains the decorum

The location I think it's in not in good location far from main city.

Admission:

I think the main reason for choosing this college over others was. It's affordablility and. Have a good ROI. As. Fees are average but over it as compared to other colleges it's roi is better . . As it's a private college there is no exam and cutt off. So any one can join the university. No I got selected in many universities but I choose to this

Affordable college in Dehradun

Likes

College fee is affordable and can afford anybody
Projector e quipped classes . Teacher connect their laptop with it
The Campus is so big and lush green and nature friendly

Dislikes

Washrooms are so unhygienic and bad and smell bad
Poor wifi network in college and for only hostel students.
Some faculties are poor at teaching and bad behavior

I choose this college mostky due to fees structure anad i wants to come dehradun because it is also tourist place. Nad most hill station are near from dehradun and infrastructure is decent and good ...

My college life

Likes

I like the classroom size and facilities are also too good.
The corridor was also big in size and there is two cleaniness for the students.
Teachers was also of good behaviour and students as their childrens.

Dislikes

I didn't like the strict rules that made for the students
Like is the celebrate anything the charge for the arrangements
I also dislike the food of canteen because it's smells like it was of yesterday night.

Admission:

I firstly apply in the surajmal college but from there I didn't receive proper answers causes there was limited seeds for the students after that I apply this college and I didn't expect that I will get confirmation from there but after confirmation went to the college and saw the facilities for the student so I got to happy.

Likes

Nature around the University is good and time table is good
Faculty gives their support to students and collage staff is good
The collage is surrounded by mountains and beautiful Nature

Dislikes

Their placement is low that shown in their poster
Most of the students are addicted to smoking around campus
In class room their is no AC and projecter is not stable at a point

This collage has low fee than other collage like. Uu and geu and all and someone refers me the collage and I didnot get any rejected by any collage I decide to join this collage by my self the . Admission process is to long and taking too much time

Life around Campus

Likes

Faculty are just amazing with friendly behaviour and good for interactions
Amazing for sports and good activities for health
Good mess food just like home that prevent us from food poisoning

Dislikes

Transport is not good which make a problem for students
They charge fine for everything that just look irrelevant
Network are not good in this college that make trouble while study online

Admission:

I applied Devbhoomi University of uttrakhand and my admission confirmed here. I choose this college for environmental reasons. I don't get rejection from other colleges because I went first in this college, Sports faculties are not good. There is a form that needed for your admission and eaxams timings is also good.

Overall good college according to fees

Likes

The faculties support here is very good .
They are very supportive and tend to solve the problem faced by students any time .
The environment is good and suitable for studies

Dislikes

The campus size is not that much big and intersting.
The campus main canteen is bit overpriced according to the quality
The behaviour of the vice chancellor is very rude .

Admission:

I chosed this college because I wanted to study in dehradun and this university is overall worth for the money and time given here because it has overall good placements and study structure. I didn't applied to any other colleges because all private colleges are like more or less same in placements. So I wanted to study in dehradun and this college was in my budget also so , I chosed this .

College campus was good enough to take pictures and playing ground was large enough for the sports
There are various facilities for sports courts like basketball, volleyball, badminton, kabbadi, and football. College organise various sports events in the college.
There are various events organised by the college like manthan for placement, pinak for college fest , bazaar for management students, sports , etc.

Dislikes

College has no water storage facility. Whenever rain occurs water were stored in the gate way routes.
Cafeteria food was not good as well as it was expensive.
College construction was not upto the as wall are half painted .

Admission:

According to my experience I didn't apply in the other universities. As I already have done the research about the other universities. If I compare my university with other my university has affordable fees, there is a transportation facilities, also my university provides scholarship to the students. There are few things which are not good about my university was that it was located in the jungle area, and there are no more food varieties available near the university. There are various admission eligibility criteria like 12th percentage, cuet score, and the college test and I got selected through my percentage basis. The average package of our university is 3.5-4 lac per annum it was good starting for every students. And our placement team was taking initiatives like manthan, super achiever which helps students to gain knowledge related to reasoning and quantitative aptitude and soft skills.

Opinions of freshers for freshers

Likes

I liked that the teachers and faculty are very supportive towards students.
The campus is also very good not too big and not too small.
this college is also value for money cuz u will get all the facilities as higher fee college in low fees.

Dislikes

I disliked the criteria of 75% compulsory overall attendence.
The timing of the college is also a problem cuz i am one of the student who comes from 60KM away from college and timing is 9AM to 4PM cuz of which by bus we arrive late
The amount of curricular activites is way too much like every week some new club will come and announce a new activity (Not Compulsory To Attend)

Admission:

The only reason i picked this college over other colleges like Uttranchal Universitiy and Graphic Era is that the fees for the course I am doing is less then both the colleges in comparision there are also few more colleges which got less fees but DBUU is also recognized by others .. I didn't applied for others college cuz of high fees . The admission process for our college is very simple u just need to talk to reception and they will take u to ur councilor and he will help u with everything u need there .
