Cotton University Guwahati Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

The positivity of our University is that our University is one of the most reputed University in Assam. Many students from outside of Assam came here to study. And I think the negativity of our University is only that it provides reservation system based on caste, which is not right I think.

Cotton University previously known as cotton college is 119 years old prestigious institution in North-East India. But till now this instituation doesnt have any closed campus and any transporation system. Again cotton university doesnt have any good playgrounds and no hospital.

Our college is one of the known and best college in Assam. It is a college of Britain times. Here ,every student and faculties co-operate. The needs of student and teachers are equally valued.and just that the infrastructure is poor though since it has turned into University now there are work in constructions are going on.

The college facilities is excellent. But there are some problems that should be solved soon like toliets are not cleaned daily , traffic in front of the college gate.Overall the college is at its best.

In short, I feel lucky to be a part of this prestigious institution. I don't have any bad remark to say cause this university doesn't have any. Only good remarks and memories could be heard from students, seniors, and alumni. To put it in a single line, it feels like home.

Examination branch is not good at all. Checking of results is not good. Very bad behavior of the authority. Otherwise it's ok. Faculty are good. They are helpful. Examination controler behavior is very bad.

In short, I feel lucky to be a part of this prestigious institution. I don't have any bad remark to say cause this university doesn't have any. Only good remarks and memories could be heard from students, seniors, and alumni.

NAAC accredited A to the college. It is in good condition. But hoping for more progress in the near future.

Overall our cotton University is very good college with good teachers that are so helpful. I would like to request all the students reading this article would themselves go and see the college and talk with the faculties to get to know about them

Cotton University is the best college in the northeast. It is credited AAA grade from the NAAC survey last year. The environment for the study is very good and all students spend a great time.
