Because Cotton University is the oldest educational institution in North East. Also I had a wish to study there since my childhood. The institute has given some well known personalities that we know today. Also it has the highest cut off every year.

This is one of top college in Assam which known for quality education. This college has best teachers which is mix of experienced and new. It has glorious history from where very well known person come out.

Cotton university shows a holistic development in educational, cultural, sports, infrastructure, management sector with passing time. Libraries are well-maintained. Girls hostels are less in number so many students are residing in nearby private hostels and PGs. Departments are distantly located so sometime face difficulty to reach and attend lecture in time.

I have always wanted to learn about the political workings of our nation plus the international relation chapter is again very interesting. There are enough professors in our department and all of them are extremely qualified and devoted. Anyone would enjoy their classes whether a student of political science or not. Exams are always held on time. 40 marks sessional exams and 100 marks final exams each semester.

I have applied online my name came in the merit list and I got admission in just no time. and also it was easy only document is to be provided and the registration form. annoncement were also made and the students have to come inside and the registration process.

Just because of college Faculty and his best academic records or strict studying, nice campus, best guidance for your future and complete solutions of your problems. Loveable teacher,student, helping nature,

One of the best college in assam and india also there are so much talented student we can learn so many things from them so i like this college a lot. And the people are so good to talk. Some small things are also there which have to be changed

Though my opinion is a mixed one, this Cotton University, earlier Cotton College, is a very old and renowned institute in the Northeast India region. It has a good curriculum, good professors and gives exposure to people from far-flung areas of the Northeast India.
