A second home.

In short, I feel lucky to be a part of this prestigious institution. I don't have any bad remark to say cause this university doesn't have any. Only good remarks and memories could be heard from students, seniors, and alumni. To put it in a single line, it feels like home.

The core course is developed by highly qualified professors who worked hard into making a syllabus challenging yet interesting for students. In this competitive world, students can't get everything laid out in front of them. So the syllabus was made taking this fact into consideration. It focuses in-depth knowledge about the course undertaken and also provides facilities for research and other purposes later on.

Our college holds the University Varsity week annually. It also focuses on the co-curricular activities of students so that no talent gets neglected. Famous artists are called to perform over a fest that lasts for nearly 8 days. Students participate in sports, cultural activities with great enthusiasm.

No, I haven't opted for any scholarship of educational loan yet. But if needed, I might apply for one. Loans are easy to apply for. Also scoring good marks makes one compelled to acquire a good scholarship.

The campus life is very lively. Reseach labs with a healthy environment are situated, mostly in the science streams. Laboratories, equipped with modern machineries are at every required place to conduct various scientific experiments. Sports too has a huge importance in itself. Fields and indoor stadiums are inside the university such that a student excells in this field too, not only in studies.

I haven't applied for hostel facilities since I travel from my home to my university everyday. I've seen and heard from various people about the university's hostel live. They say that it's a home away. This one line is enough to describe the comfort of the hostel infrastructure.

Our university holds an excellent alumni network. It has an alumni house build especially for the purpose of building up of the college facilities and also so that senior students may get together and revert back to those wonderful years of their life. The senior students and alumni are just one call away, always ready to help. Be it studies, sports, events or internships, we are always welcomed with a helping hand.

It all starts with an official announcement on the university's website. Online forms are made available which are filled up by each willing student. After some days, the admission process starts. The cutout percentage is announced and students getting above that travel to the university and a counselling takes place. This allows the students to choose their honour subject, in due with the percentage obtained. Securing a seat is a matter of great pride. After a few days of the allotment process, classes start at a regular manner. I myself too got admission under the above-mentioned procedure

The faculty here is a highly qualified one. They give their best each day so that no student loans out on any knowledge. The course is completed well and ahead of the exams so that students get their solo time to prepare themselves well. A positive factor of our teachers is that even if we call them after college hours, they would still be there to clear all of our doubts so that no student gets left behind.
