Likes
- Teachers of core subjects teaches pretty good and have good skill which they try their best to pass on to students.
- Get a good percentile is jee mains nta site is there for application form.
- Beauty of the campus is an absolute bliss. less work pressure of academic. campus is well connected to nature.
Dislikes
- Water isn't that great and may cause skin problems
- The college doesn't have a proper shelter which is the worst possible situation due to the climate
- One of the major drawbacks of my college is the weather condition, which can be extremely hot. Being located in the southern part of the India, the temperatures often soar, making it uncomfortable for students, especially during the summer months.

- Very less infrastructure in this college
- Located in a remote area which is difficult to access

Placement Experience:
Students gets eligible at final year which is 7th semester. So many companies are came for placements like ABB, L&T, TCS. the average package will be Rs.600000 per annum. The 75% students got placed. I have planned to go for core company interviews.

- Good faculty who encourage hands on learning and elaborate practical aspects of engineering in detail
- A fully committed group of students (especially seniors) who strive to make the college better by taking many initiatives.
- Ragging free campus, very friendly seniors

- Construction work still underway, causing minor disturbances
- Connectivity issue with main cities as the location is not exactly in Puducherry main city
Placement Experience:
Students are eligible for placements starting from 6th semester onwards
Many famous comapnies like Nvidia, Samsung, ABB, Hitachi, Goldman Sachs, Ford, BHEL, BEL, Tata, L&T etc visit the campus
The higest package overall is 16 LPA, average is 11LPA
More than 75% of the students sitting for placements get placed

- The Competitive Atmosphere helps people to actively participate in various competitions and challenges.
- The various speeches and informative sessions on various disciplines.
- The activeness of various clubs especially coding club.
Dislikes
- Constructions are still going on, so there would be a stingy atmosphere.
- Connectivity to the college is still very less.
- Extreme weather conditions as it is near the sea.
Placement Experience:
Placements are pretty great for a newly opened college. Students are open for placements from the start of fourth year onwards. Companies like ABB, Ford, Samsung have come to on campus recruitments. Around 70 percent of the students get placed.

Placement is average in our college.
For mechanical it's not that much.
We hardly get 6 to 8 lpa jobs on average.
But can go for IT placements and get upto 14 lakhs per annum.
The highest package is 24 lpa

- The peer group is good everyone is talented and knowledgeable

- No proper sports facilities in the campus
- No proper canteens and cafeteria if you wnat to eat

Campus placemats are good companies visit campua at ever year for placement internship opportunities are less but placements both service and product based viait so if you have necessary skillss you will wgt placed the avergae salary is 12.6 lakhs and highest is 18 lakhs for samsing

- Badminton ground i used to play badminton every weekend
- Basketball ball ground it looks good and we can play any time
- Table tennis board which we play on a room

- Hostel mess food is the worest food i had eaten
- Water had been on the roads when the rain is heavy
- Classes are every bad and benches are good
Course Curriculum Overview:
The curriculum we had been going through is the worst curriculum it had been many useless subjects like physics and automata and many other subjects and then now our junior's had been going through the good curriculum

- Basketball court which will be good and can also play cricket on it
- Badminton court which is good and faculty will also play in that court
- Main gate of the college is very beautiful and npl organized by seniors

- No cricket ground and cricket is taken very lightly but intrested people can play
- Mess food will be ok and sometimes very bad
- Heavy rains and then roads were very bad
Placement Experience:
Students become eligible to placements from 4th year only and you can also try for internship in 3rd year which is rare in this College and some companies like samsung, Accenture,abb, vedya labs, mbit etc they visited us and students are getting placed less and getting placed for low packages.

- The football ground will be very good too

- I dislike the hostel food which is very bad
- I don't like the outing restriction which is before 10 pn
- I don't like the labs because I'm weak in it
Placement Experience:
From 7th semester we are eligible for placement activities. Many of the companies like TCS, ABB, Accenture etc. visited our campus. And 10 members got selected. The highest package will be 18 Lpa. And the average will be 8lpa.

- The infrastructure is great and also being located in Karaikal offers a unique cultural experience
- There are various clubs and societies for students to join like telugu club, fashion club,literary club etc
- Events like "Le Ciel" (cultural fest)offer students a platform to showcase their talents and skills.
Dislikes
- The climate is too hot we can't bare this climate
- There is only one train to reach Chennai this is one of the major problem for students
- Here there is only few shopping malls , there is no much travelling spots in Karaikal
Placement Experience:
From 7th semester students are going to search for placement jobs . recently on of our senior got job in Bangalore she is the one who got best package in ece.max no. Of will be placed some students are going to study further so they will choose mtech or something else. Ece has best placements in our college

When it comes to NITs, everyone knows that they are better than any private colleges in the aspects like fees, faculties, campus. The tag of NIT can come in handy for you any day.
NIT Puducherry (NITPY) has the best and most supportive faculty there is. Be it any department and especially CSE. There is nothing better than good professors from whom you can seek all the knowledge you want. The fee structure is quite affordable and less when compared to the private colleges but a bit more than government colleges.
The CSE department also has quite promising placements. The students get placed in huge companies in places like Bangalore, Noida, and Chennai. Not that we are looking for it but NIT Puducheert has a lab with a 1000 Mbps internet connection that is available for you to use. If it convinces you, then you can surely go for it.
If your requirement is Chemical Engineering or Biotechnology then it is not the best choice for you.
