There are a lot of speculations and reviews are doing rounds about several engineering colleges including Babu Banarasi Das University, Lucknow. I am quite aware of all the conditions and quality of education at BBD because my sister graduated from there. She was in the 2015 pass out batch. Moreover, the fact that it lays emphasis on a green culture makes it all the more beautiful place to stay and study. Senior students assist the juniors in their study projects and assignments and a large number of internships are offered. They have shown to have quite promising campus placements in the last couple of years.

The Good and the Bad about BBD University by a second year student

Dislikes

poor placement and coding culture is nil.seniors are mostly bunking classes and give no ideas or roadmap for study related topics

Placement Experience:

Placement in my college are very very average. I say below average because the placement average package of average 500 students was around 4 lakhs. And there are more than 10,000 students in my college. So the placement is very low. And the highest package for BCA, was around 10,00,000 and engineering around 20,00,000. An MBA was also around 13 to 14 lakhs. So the placement is very bad in my college.

The Crispy Reality of BBDU Lucknow

Faculty only give theoretical knowledge, zero practical knowledge which results in decline in placement.

After 3rd , means in 6th semester students became eligible for placement. Companies lile TCS, INFOSYS, GRAB and many more came into University. The highest package was 10 lakhs and the average package is 4.5 lakhs. About only 40 % student got selected in In-campus placement. I would go in machine learning field and decided to go for research and my dream to in DRDO as a data analyst or in Reasersch.

In bbd campus placements are given almost 70. To 90 percent Student get placements in Deloitte,tcs, infosys etc companies. In bbd average package is 3 to 4 lpa and highest is 11 to 12 lpa and lowest package is 3 lpa.

Overall BBD University is the best university in lucknow top 5 university

Those students complete 5th semester then eligible to participate of placement After completion 5th semester student are eligible to placement Many companies are visited for hire student like SOTI , UCODISE , TCS ,WIPRO etc... Highest package is 36 lakh and lowest package is 6 lac minimum package 3 lakh 70-80% student are getting placement I planned after my degree to do job

Companies Visit every semester for placement and training. The student is Eligible for Placement from 4th year ( last year ) . But from 3rd students are eligible for Intership. The placement is very good, Mostly talented students got job easily. The avg package is 6 lpa. And highest is 52 lpa.

Internship management is good for students.

The average placement per year is in my BBDU is 300000 rupees and it provides us many good placement as based on our talent and knowledge. The course is very good for us by doing this course we can easily earn money.
