The Crispy Reality of BBDU Lucknow

The course the curriculum is very up to dated and well structured. As AI is taking all over the world, so i choose this course which will help me to accommodate in future world and technology. All though college conduct regular labs session and frequently virtual session to male as known about the present technology aspects. They conduct regular exam , 3 per semester of duration 1 hour's of first two then at last of 3 hour's. However, they majorly focuses on theoretical study's rather practical.

After 3rd , means in 6th semester students became eligible for placement. Companies lile TCS, INFOSYS, GRAB and many more came into University. The highest package was 10 lakhs and the average package is 4.5 lakhs. About only 40 % student got selected in In-campus placement. I would go in machine learning field and decided to go for research and my dream to in DRDO as a data analyst or in Reasersch.

The Registration fees for taking admission is ? 2000. For Btech. Computer Science & Engineering (AI) the semester wise fees are follows: 1sem : ?69000 (?500 : student welfare fund ?1000: Membership Alumni Association ?5000 : security ?7500 : examination fee ?55000 : tution fee) 2nd sem : ?62500 (tution fee + examination) 3rd sem : ?65000 ( tution fee + Examination + ? 2500 for personality development program &training by Leranovate) 4th sem : ?65000 (same as 3rd sem) 5th sem : ?65000 ( tution fee + examination + ? 2500 : training and placement by Learnovate) 6th sem : ?65000(same as 5th sem) 7th sem : ?62500(tution fee+ examination) 8th sem : ?62500(same as 7th sem) We can see hike in fees in 2nd and 3rd year than it maintain in 4th year as 1st year . In case of in campus hostel the charges is ?79000(3seated non AC room) , ?1000 for medicalim charges and ?5000 for security. If any one opt for Bus facility the charges are ?30000 per year. Scholarship : 1) UP Scholarship : UP scholarship are provided to the student belonging to any course in BBDU . The amount of scholarship depends on your college/University fees. For Btech CSE(AI) : ?55000(for general) ?59000(for other category) ?62000 - ?65000(for those student who opt for in campus hostels) 2) College scholarship : University also provide merit based scholarship, based on their last academic performance the upcoming fees got reduced . University also provide Educational Loan facility .

My overall experience in my college was fabulous, like i enjoyed all the events and more the campus. They conduct UTKARSH every year in the month of February and STAR NIGHT in April Month. They conduct several hacathon, and many tech events they have NCC, NSS,AAINA and many forums for dance , singing and dramatics. They have more than 2000+ books available in library. The classroom is Facilted with only one Projector. They have there own cricket stadium, basketball court, tennis court, volleyball field and many more. They conduct inter college competition in cricket, kabaddi and many more sports and have NCC, NSS and AAINA.

I chose Babu Banarasi Das University (BBDU) over the other colleges I was considering because it offered a good balance of infrastructure, faculty support, and specialization opportunities. I wanted to pursue Computer Science with a specialization in Artificial Intelligence, and BBDU provided this track along with hands-on learning, good labs, and project-based curriculum. Compared to other colleges like Goel and Ramswaroop I found that BBDU had better campus facilities, a strong peer group, and more collaboration opportunities through hackathons, clubs, and industry tie-ups. The college also offers regular workshops and guest lectures that helped me connect with real-world applications early on. Also, location-wise, being in Lucknow was a plus for me because it gave me access to both urban exposure and being closer to home.” “I had also applied to colleges like Galgotia Noida ,Amity Noida , and KCC Institute but I couldn’t get into them mainly because of limited seats and high competition in their entrance exams. While my academic scores were good, I feel my preparation for the entrance test could’ve been more focused. However, I believe everything happens for a reason. Studying at BBDU has given me access to practical learning, active student communities, and a curriculum that supports self-initiated projects — like my recent work on AI and plant disease detection. So while I initially had other colleges in mind, I’m now happy with the opportunities I’ve found here

The ratio of faculty to student ratio is 1:7 , yes there is a large difference in number of students and faculty , student can directly interact with teacher without any problem and teacher always welcoming our doubt. I like Prashant sir, faculty of my mathematics who taught me mathematics till my third sem he is very kind and honest person and strictl similarly and there is a teacher who taught me discrete mathematics, i don't like this faculty because not having proper knowledge about the subject and just show off the materialistic things. Per semester there will be 3 exams : 1st sessional of 30 marks, 2nd sessional of again 30 marks then semester exam of 60 marks 40 marks are from internal. Very less student fails the exam.

No, admission was not based on any written exam. It done by merit based, in which student should have pcm steram and having at least 50% in pcm. Where the students can find different specialization in Btech.

This college provide In Campus GYM, they have two canteen, and library in the 6th floor and have a garden where everyone sits and enjoy their time. The timing of student in college is 9AM to 5 PM, no day scholar can enter after 5pm and in campus student any go out from hostel by taking a receipt till 8pm . They also have Ganesh Mandir in campus and at their it have a beautiful place where any one can sits and find the peace and also Auditorium and Khares Kitchen is one of the place where everyone hangout. In night, anyone can roam but it have regular police patrolling.
