VIT Vellore Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

students become eligible for placements from 5th or 6th sem onwards but it is important to not have any arrears. Few companies that often recruit from here are TCS, Accenture, infosys, Microsoft, Schneider and etc. Highest pkg offered this year was 1Cr and avg placement across all branches is 7.7LPA. 96% of eligible candidates got placed according to reports, but real info is unknown. I plan to pursue MBA after my degree.

The campus placements are fine I would not say the best but good as per the university if you studied well you would be getting a placed of 10lpa easily which is the average in our college, from the semester 6th most students get eligible for the campus if your skilled and having coding knowledge you are eligible from 5th semester too, there are many companies visited like infy, tcs,wipro, samsung,bsoft and many more the highest was around 60 like when I was in placement and average was around 10, alomost 90 percentage of the students gets placed in the campus and finally my plans are going masters after gaining some job experience

after 3rd year students starts getting job many companies visit vit like google amazon tcs wipro and offers more than 5000 jobs highest pakage is 1.20 cr while average pakage is 9.90 lpa 70% of students gets placed i will do normal 9-5 job in any company

Placements are good as considering the recent recession the college still kept the numbers high for the placements as the recent placement were quite good for cse and other related branches as again it depends on the overall candidate but due to more crowd the competition is high so one has to keep himself at the apex of the pyramid to get good placments

I'm currently in my second semester the students are eligible to sit for the campus placements from their 8th semester.almost 900 companies have visited the campus last year and the highest package offered is near 1.2crore for two students and many top companies like Google microsoft and apple will come to campus placements in vit

Definitely there will be job opportunity for every one because of TCS company will take all remaining students and give training to them for 2 years and then it only assure them to work in their company

as i am fresher i am un aware of placements but overall i heard from my seniors that average package of cse is more than 10lpa which is sufficient for basic needs . Vit also provides internship facilities better than other colleges.

Placements of our college is good that it has an average package of 10-12 LPA.students from 3rd year second semester are eligible for placements. Google ,Accenture and MOTORQ and some other companies visited our college. MOTORQ is providing highest package of 1Cr PA.

Placements in this college is pretty good. Here, the companies coming in this college for placements are TCS, Wipro, Microsoft, etc. which is called superdream offers in this college. You have to get 8.5+ GPA in your internals to get the oppportunity to sit in placements of superdream offers. Average placement in this college is around 10LPA. and highest is around 1 Crore. I am planning to get job in superdream companies.

IN vit grading system is absolute grading ,your marks are compared with class avarage and get the grade for you ,i suggest to maintain 8.5+ cgpa to get good and more placement opportunities,there will be no attendance restriction for 9 pointers ,so if you are a 9 pointers u can have alot of time for coding and making projects
