The course is very good and very interesting. Teaching method is also very interesting and understandable . Improvement can be done by explaining much more about the course can be more beneficial for students. The frequency and timing is good for the exam as compared to their difficulty level.

Many companies offering students from different courses for internship in their initial time of 6th sem and from onwards there it is offering continuosly upto 8th sem . And as per their interest they provide them projects.

On wards 7th semester students become eligible for campus placement. Companies like Microsoft,TCS,Google and much more companies so much offers. Highest package can be upto 10000000 and average package is 6-7 lacs. 95% students are getting placed. Getting on campus placement.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees for this course is affordable for middle class family. For admission in this college you have to pay nearly about 72000 (including 1st sem) and after this from 2nd sem the fees is 44000 and like this it will increase decrease . Govt. scholarship is only applicable for west bengal students and for outsiders nothing is there .

Campus Life

Campus Life is not so good but overall we can say it is nice . For different festivals it provide you some programs . Books are available as your requirement for your course. Classrooms are also well maintained and projectors are useful for good explanation of any topic which is helpful for teachers. Sports and extracurricular activity are also very good in campus. Clubs and social groups are also active.

Hostel Facilities

Room is good . Meal is good enough to fill your stomach. Registeration is not much tough easy to get but not more seats are available for hostel limited seats and affordability is also not more. Locality is far away from college but college will provide you bus faculty in morning and evening.

Hostel Fee: INR 60000 per year

Admission

The eligibility is to have more than 65% in PCM Application form is available on Google named as WBJEE APPLICATION FORM Reservation is only for west bengal students. The exams is not as tough as JEE. It is quite easier than JEE and the time provided is also good as compared to the difficulty of questions. Can provide some more time for exams.

A comprehensive review of MAKAUT , WB

Placement Experience:

from 6/7 th semester onwards students become eligible for campus placements. Infosys visited with around 22-23 offers , Cognizant visited with arount 15-16 offers , TCS visited with several offers(not sure how many) , that's it the big names. Apart from these small startups and companies visited too. Highest package offered was 11lpa by TCS , 9.6lpa by infosys, 6.48lpa by Cognizant. Profiles were ASE in TCS , PAT in CTS , SET in Infosys. The percentage of students placed was less arount 30-40% , mostly because the curriculum lacks placement prep. I have joined Cognizant as a Programmer Analyst Trainee after graduating .

ELIGIBILITY FOR CAMPUS PLACEMENT: At Brainware University students generally become eligible for campus placement from the final years of their course. For many programs placemnet preparation sactivities such as aptitude training, soft skills development, resume building, mock interviews begin earlier, you can say that these activities are incoporated from the 1st semester itself. COMAPINES VISIT: Several reowned and reputed compaines from IT, management,healthcare,media, and core sectors visits the university for campus recruitment. Placement drive include companines from domains such as software services, consulting,education,sales digital marketing etc. For my domain CSE AIML companies like Infosys,Amazon,Cognizant,Adobe etc visits. Each year multiple students receive job offers through campus drives and some students also secure multiple offers depending on their skills and performance. HIGHEST AND AVERAGE PACKAGE OFFERED: The highest package offered varies by course and recruiter and also with top performing students receive highest packages based on their role requirements and skills. It range from 12 LPA to 45 LPA. The average package offered to students is competitive for a private university and aligns with industry standards for entry level roles. These generally range from 3.5 to 8 LPA. PRECENTAGE OF STUDENTS GETTING PLACED: Placement outcome mostlky depend on academic performance, attendance, communication skills, technical knowledge, and participation in training sessions. Students who actively engage in placement preparation have better placement success. About 98% students were placed in 2023. Placement was average if you have good background knowledge so you will definitely get placed. After 7th semester companies started coming and also there is different criteria for all companies like some company required more than 8 CGPA that completely dependent on company preferences. The average package is 3.5 lpa .Most of the student get hired by tcs. Placement success based on branch and skill.

Mainly mass recruiter companies like TCS, wipro, Infosys, cognizant comes here.Some top notch mncS like oracle,amazon, Microsoft also comes here .One senior of our previous batch got 1 cr Per annum in off campus way. Avg package is 10 lpa like . Jft and pst branch has full 100% placement. My plan after getting the degree is to be placed in top notch mnc & work as SDE.

Heritage - A Review for Peers

I applied to SRM and BIT. I did not choose SRM because the fees were too high and rejected BIT because the infrastructure was not as good as Heritage, although the fee structure was same.
