- Supportive faculty and good academic culture most of the faculty members are well qualified and approachable.
- The campus life was good and an active environment with events, cultural program,tech program
- Decent infrastructure for academic , the library are well stocked with textbooks.
Dislikes
- Placement support faculty is so worse they did not help students if they find any difficulties during their placements
- Hostel and mess facility they did not provide food as best quality according to money they taken
- Language barriers there are most of the faculty are from west bengal and they even talk in class in Bengali so if you don't know Bengali then it can be difficult
Course Curriculum Overview
I would rate the course curriculum as 7.5 out of 10. The curriculum offers a balanced mix of theory and practice subject. I choose this subject because it is mixed of current technology and market requirement. There are 4 surprise test and one final semester in every semester.
Placement Experience
Companies started coming around 7 th semester there is different criteria for different companies like you have more tan nine cgpa then you are eligible for that particular company. Around 50 percent people in my class get placed . Companies like TCS ,wipro EY are mass hiring company.
Fees and Financial Aid
Total fees was around 4 lakh and caution fees was 10000 and registration fees is around 5000 and i am from other state thats why i don't get Scholarship. There is same fees for every category there is not any descrimination on fees based on their category everyone has to pay same amount for fees.
Campus Life
My campus life experience is positive and enriching, with a good balance of academic , social activities,club and infrastructure. My college does not provide freshers and they took around 1000 during admission. Classroom are non Ac so during summer it is very difficult to seat in classroom for six hours.
Hostel Facilities
There are 2 seater and single room in hostel if you are senior then you will get room with washroom attached and otherwise you have to share same washroom. Mess food was average and it is always sweet in taste because most of the staff are Bengalis and they make food according to their culture.
Admission
I choose this because of its location and fee structure. Yes i have gotten rejected from many colleges because my rank was not so good. If you want to get admission in my college you have give either webjee or jee based on your rank you can get selected for any particular course.
Faculty
The faculty to student ratio in my department was 1:30, which is quite balanced.Most faculty members was supportive, approachable and open to clearing doubts. The overall envir between student and teacher is respectful and friendly . I like Sukriti Mandal she is the best faculty she helped me alot during my project presentation. Semester exam were easy to moderate.
Night Life
There is no night life in my college. Around 6pm you have to leave college because there is so much security there is get everyone out after 6pm . There is no facility for gym and cafeteria. There is well maintained library with ac facility.
