The whole campus and the teachers behaviour.

Dislikes

There is no canteen. At the break we have to come at the shop to eat and it is around 4 km from the college.

Course Curriculum Overview

I chose this course because I was curious about today's scientific system but my rank was not good at all so I didn't get CSE but with ECE I'm happy. The teaching process is very very good in my college let's see what next is coming!!

After 7th semester students are eligible for campus placements. Wipro, tcs are visited our college. The highest package to date is 22 lpa and the average is 5.2 lpa. From every branch, there are 20 per cent of students got placements. I want to do Higher studies after BTech.

Fees and Financial Aid

Because this is a govt college the fees are really good. The all facilities are very affordable at this fee point And because this is my first semester I haven't applied for any scholarship till now. But next, I will try for Svmcm scholarship.

Campus Life

Our annual fest is going to be organised around June or July. The seniors and others are conducting this. Every year the second-year students organise a freshers for the newly admitted students. There are lots of books in our library. We have an anti-ragging community in our college for the students. We have a sports club and various sports are organised here.

Admission

From wbjee I got admitted to my college. My rank was 24829 and I am from SC quata. So, I got an ECE branch in this college. If I say something about the admission process then it is a very good procedure and I am very helpful in this.

Placement Experience:

From Third semester, the students become eligible for campus placements. The companies like P360, EY, Deloitte, Tech Mahindra, Neutanix, BinaryWorks and few more visited our college for placements and mostly 15 to 20 offers were made Highest package was around 5 to 6 lpa 50% students were placed I am now preparing for govt jobs and side by side also applying for offcampuses. Studentsbecome eligible for placements from 7th semester. Various companies such as TCS, Infosys, Accenture, Wipro, Tech Mahindra, Godrej, etc. come for placements. Earlier many offers used to come however in the recent years the number of offers made have reduced significantly. highest package comes around 10 to 11 lakhs per annum with average being 4-5 lakhs per annum. I have kept my options open after completion of degree in doing further studies that is Mtech or getting into a job whichever seems appropriate at the situation.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for campus placements from 7th sem. The names of comanies visited are TCS, Infosys, Capegimini,Tech mahindra etc. Some students Got 2 offer laters . Highest packages last year was 47 LPA (off Campus) 27LPA ( on campus). Average pakage was 5-6Lpa. The job role is Software Development. Percentage of Students Got placement is 92-95% In my Deoartment. Other is Around 70_90%. My plans to take placement from product based company.

The summary of my four years in one of the oldest colleges in India

Placement Experience:

The campus placements happen in final year of the course. There is a well established placement cell to conduct the on-campus placements. Many well renowned companies visit our college namely Microsoft, Google, TI, TSL, PWC, ICICI, ABG. L&T, etc. The highest package was 50LPA and the average was around 9LPA. Over 90% students got placed from across every department and details of the placement is also available in the college official website. I have gotten a job from the on-campus drive to a core company.
