Remarks

Good thing is that extra activities and senior teacher But bad thing is that lots of politics going on th top level so it has to minimize because ultimately students have to suffer.

Entrance Preview

I gave AIEEE exam in 2011. Before that I had interest in petroleum exploration. Always I wonder how we are getting from earth so because of this reason I choose petroleum engineering. I score 128 marks out of 420.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course structure is good for upstream student but not good for downstream student..same goes with faculty.

Internships Opportunities

I did my internship in ONGC hazira. Experience was good.got professional experience all employees have good knowledge of gas processing although I came to know about some of the troubleshooting. No stipend.

Placement Experience

Out of 120, 65 student are placed 30 of downstream and 35 of upstream. GSFC,essar,GSPC,GSPC LNG, Gujarat gas,Toyo engineering,shell,ongc,jindal,TCS,Infosys.

College Events

We are having Flare in march-july which comprise of lots of activities and pronite. Apart from this we are having technical fest in October. Flare is really huge. Last year sonu nigam came.

Fees and Financial Aid

No I don't have much idea about this loans are available at a rate Of 9.5.

Campus Life

Campus life is good. Everything is just awesome. In engineering gender ratio is poor 1 girl for 10 boys but in school of liberal studies gender ration is 10 girl for 6-8 boys we are having sports week in January which is petrocup. Also we are having one student chapter which is robotics. Club and in every 3 months we are having paper,poster presentation competition. So its good experience to everyone.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel are good but they are very costly 70k per annum,many of student goes for flat because of this rent in flat we have to pay 25k per annum. Mess food are average,snacks and breakfast are good but not lunch and dinner cost is 18k per semester. I will r

Alumni/Alumna

Alumni network is good but authorities are planning to improve on that note. Senior student are awesome. We loved them. They are very good and always ready to help us.

My Life at Parul University as a computer science student

Placement Experience:

in my unversity, proper placements usually start from 7th sem, however after 4th sem, the collage provides the opputunity to go for impact traning if youve got more than 60% in your 10th, 12th and throughtout the semesters from that traning top permorning student get a chance to sit for product-based companies. as of now (jan 2026), the highest placement recorded is 60lpa at microsoft, the average is aroudn 3.5 lps to 6 lpa, most of the recruiting companies are service based such as capgemini, infosys, tcs etc. around 200-250 students gets palce after heavy filtering, i plan to go for higher studies,

Placement was not good at all!. There are only internships provided and only those students can archive the good placement who have good relations with our principal. This this was litterly not good at all. The amount of internship was unpaid and some are 5k per month!.

Charusat: A dream or a Nightmare

About 60 percent of my class is been placed those who have sat in the placement. Pandit Deendayal Energy University

I was also approved for EC course in Nirma University College. I chose PDEU over Nirma primarily because it provided with a better course(ICT). I was not rejected by any colleges. I applied in LJ were I got CS course, In Nirma i got EC course and In PDEU I got ICT. I opted for PDEU as I found ICT more fascinating.
