Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

I loved the design of the course at IPMT. It differs from other courses in other colleges in our vicinity as it gives more importance and significance to practical aspect of the field. We are always taught every subject from the application point of view,as to how it can be applied in real life.

Placement Experience

3.5

Till today we are not aware of any placement or internship opportunities to the students. We are always told that if at all you want a hands on experience in the field you can contact external sources and ask for the same. Students pursuing diploma courses in various field of para medicine have a chance of getting selected through campus.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees for each course is different in our college. For me, my fees for the entire year in figures range up to Rs 40,000 , which I think is very much affordable for me. This fee figure includes library, transportation and all other minor facilities charges that the college takes.

Campus Life

4

As a part of extra curricular activity, our college proudly hosts an annual college festival where a day is dedicated to doing all the fun activities and engaging in all kinds of competitions. We have laboratories built with up to date equipment for our experiments in syllabus and also air conditioned and digitalised classrooms to support our learning.

Admission

The admission for Bachelors of Science in Biochemistry course is done via filling an admission form which is easily available in the college admission block. After verification of documents the most eligible student will be selected on the basis of the eligibility criteria.

Faculty

3.5

We are blessed with a good Biochemistry faculty and a very supportive and kind department as well. The teachers are very considerate towards students and have helped us in every academic doubt we pose to them.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course can be a little bit too, overwhelming as the curriculum is really outdated as compare to what skills are required in the real world, but the introduction of SEC and VAC subjects have really helped add value to the course

Placement Experience:

Placemenets of the overall colleges are good, especially for commerce related streams, however for science streams they are just well. Highest package varies around 12-15lpa and average is 5-9lpa. 60% students get placed while others either prefer higher studies or get rejected. I plan to go for higher studies.

Placement Experience:

The placement cell of Hansraj College is quite active. You are eligible to sit for campus placement offers from 5th semester onwards. Companies like Deloitte, capgemini arw frequent recruiters for several posts and positions. The highest offered package is somewhere around 22000 with the average being at 700000-800000. Not all students get placed on campus, however thr hands on training and learning makes you industry ready, making you eligible amd worthy to apply for off campus placement opportunities. Many students prefer not to sit for campus placements and rather opt for higher studies after graduation. I plan to do the same after getting my undergraduate degree.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I think the BSc Statistics (H) offered by Sri Venkateshwara College has been quite relevant and comprehensive in content. The core courses such as probability, inference, regression, and econometrics were the major reasons for opting for the subject of statistics. It provides us in-depth analytical training that is necessary for higher education and work in the field of data, though there is a need for exposure to software/tools as well. The semester-wise examination, which is moderately tough

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is just like any other college, and you need to do a lot of the skill enhancement by yourself. Here, you will learn something, but not everything that is relevant. The professors will teach according to the syllabus, be it really relevant in real life or not. Everything that you will be learning will be relevant for career in this field, but not enough. You require to put some extra efforts to gain more knowledge and practice.
