Karnataka PGCET 2026 Hall Ticket Out for MBA and MCA at cetonline.karnataka.gov.in; Check Steps to Download

The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has released the Postgraduate Common Entrance Test (PGCET) 2026 hall ticket for MBA and MCA candidates on the official KEA portal at cetonline.karnataka.gov.in/kea/pgcet2026. Aspirants can log in with their Registration ID and Password. The admit card is mandatory for entry into the test centre.

KEA will conduct the PGCET 2026 exam on June 14, 2026. The MCA paper will run from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM. The MBA paper is scheduled from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM. Both papers will be held in offline pen-and-paper mode. Exam centres are spread across districts in Karnataka.

Candidates must carry a printed copy of the hall ticket. A valid government-issued photo ID is also required for entry. Soft copies or screenshots will not be accepted at the centre. KEA has advised aspirants to read the printed instructions before exam day.

How to Download the Karnataka PGCET 2026 Hall Ticket?

The download process is short and works best on a desktop browser. Candidates should keep their Registration ID and Password ready before starting.

1. Visit the official portal at cetonline.karnataka.gov.in/kea/pgcet2026.
2. Click on the PGCET 2026 hall ticket download link.
3. Enter your Registration ID and Password to log in.
4. Submit the details to open the admit card.
5. Check every printed detail on the document.
6. Save the file and take two clear printouts.

What to Verify on the Hall Ticket?

Candidates must check every detail printed on the admit card. Any error should be reported to KEA immediately for correction.

• Candidate name and date of birth
• Photograph and signature
• Course applied for, either MBA or MCA
• Roll number and Registration ID
• Exam date and reporting time
• Exam centre name and full address
• Printed exam day instructions

Documents to Carry to the Exam Centre

Centre supervisors will check documents before allowing entry. Candidates who arrive without these items may be barred from the exam.

KEA advises candidates to reach the centre at least one hour early. The entry gate usually closes 30 minutes before the start time. Late entry is strictly not permitted at any centre.

Electronic items such as mobile phones, smart watches, and calculators are banned. Wallets, bags, and printed material are also not allowed inside the hall. Candidates should follow the centre dress code printed on the hall ticket.
