JEMAT 2026 Choice Filling Ends July 11 at cetmat.formflix.com; Check Seat Allotment Date

Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology (MAKAUT) has opened the Joint Entrance Management Aptitude Test (JEMAT) 2026 counselling choice filling window at cetmat.formflix.com. Registered candidates can lock their college and programme preferences till July 11, 2026. The first round seat allotment result will be released on July 14, 2026.

JEMAT is the state-level entrance test conducted by MAKAUT. It offers admission to MBA, MHA, and AICTE-approved PG Diploma programmes across affiliated institutes in West Bengal. Candidates who appeared in the JEMAT 2026 computer-based test on June 7 and received their rank card on June 20 are eligible for this counselling round.

Who Can Participate in JEMAT 2026 Counselling?

Only candidates who qualified the JEMAT 2026 examination can take part in the counselling. They must have a valid rank card issued by MAKAUT on June 20, 2026. Admission is offered to MBA, MHA, and AICTE-approved PG Diploma courses at participating institutes in West Bengal.

How to Fill Choices in JEMAT 2026 Counselling?

The choice filling process is fully online and requires a working candidate login. Candidates must submit and lock their choices before the July 11 deadline.

• Visit the official counselling portal at cetmat.formflix.com/jemat.
• Log in using the registration number and password.
• Open the choice filling tab on the candidate dashboard.
• Select preferred institutes and programmes in order of priority.
• Rearrange the choices till the preferred order is final.
• Save and lock the choices before July 11, 2026.
• Download the filled-in choice list for future reference.

What Happens After the July 14 Seat Allotment?

MAKAUT will publish the allotment card on each candidate login on July 14, 2026. Allotted candidates will then pay the seat acceptance fee to confirm their seat. They must also report to the allotted institute with original documents within the reporting window. Vacant seats will move to the next round of counselling.
