MRIMS, one of the best Underrated Deemed medical college.

Likes

The hospitals affiliated to medical college have an excellent patient flow, there are 4 hospitals of malla Reddy in the campus, there's a Narayana multi-speciality hospital, mother & child care hospital, malla Reddy hospital and cancer hospital.
There are more than sufficient sports activities available at the college, there is a huge football ground and cricket ground, turf, basketball court badminton court and table tennis
The food in the mess is really great, non-veg food is served daily, there are a lot of food stalls of cafes and other major brands inside the campus like Barista. The lecture halls, practical labs and classrooms are well maintained and spacious.

Dislikes

The vegetarian dishes made in lunch usually suck, but I'd say in comparison to other hostels, the hostel of this college serves edible food, but in comparison to non veg dishes the vegetarian dishes don't taste that good, so veg people face problems
There's a lot of construction going on in the campus as of now, which makes the campus look aesthetically non-pleasing, but it's only for the time being as it recently got converted to deemed University they are upping the standard of the infra.
The hostel room given to some of the boys are relatively bad to the other hostel rooms. We weren't given tables, cupboards and chairs when we arrived at hostel, after a month we were provided all the basic necessities.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is CBME approved, so there's no need to worry about the curriculum. The National Medical Commission (NMC) has introduced a new Competency-Based Medical Education (CBME) curriculum for the MBBS program in India. This curriculum focuses on practical, patient-centric learning, integrating subjects, and early clinical exposure. It emphasizes the development of specific competencies, such as clinical skills, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities. The curriculum is divided into three phases: Foundational, Organ System-Based Clinical, and Clinical. Assessment includes continuous assessment, practical exams, theory exams, and OSCEs.

Likes

I really like the ambiance of this campus. Am from a north state and being here in a south placed college I don't feel detached from home. They try their best to create a homely feel for the students.
The teaching faculty is really friendly and is practical enough to challenge our setbacks for comebacks.

Dislikes

The need to learn a new language. Its important yet frustrating to think I have to adapt a new language and culture in such a short span of time, I believe it is important though.
No arrangements for some major festivals like diwali for hostel students

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is going good and we are been trained in all the aspects we can. Regular assessment is being conducted with comprehensive exams and fair conduct of regular tests. Weekly assignments are been given to check our understanding of the topic.

It’s just college life

Likes

It has an equal boys to girls ratio and gives us many opportunities to interact and also learn from my classmates. The playgrounds are always available and it has space to walk. The hostel is comfortable and it provides us with healthy food.
The teachers are very helpful in answering doubts and also even if we approach them for basic problems like even hot water they help us lead to the solution and make us believe everything is okay or soon will be fine.
The friends I have made help me from getting overwhelmed when I am homesick and also study with me which gives all of us confidence.

Dislikes

As I have dust activity it actually is a bit of a problem due to the construction work going on and there is dust everywhere but the classes are provided with Acs which help me deal with it.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is made according to our ability to grasp when we come out of our board exams. The first year might be considered a little touch but it in general is quite different and I personally enjoy studying it . Exams are a bit stressful but if a person has already studied then the tension gets distributed and it feels like nothing.

Likes

I like the canteens are many and variety
I like the trees and greenery available on campus
I like the many types of books and many buildings

Dislikes

Campus does not have many places to sit on campus
Food is not always upto the mark in canteens

The curriculum is under govt curriculum si it is very relevent to the subject There are alot of subjects whose information must be retained and it is very important to follow said curriculum I like medical school

Good clinicals in the hospitals. One of the best teaching hospitals in telangana

Dislikes

Infrastructure is not so tempting and great
Being a women’s college, it is very underrated
Fees is a little high and not suitable for all group of people

Mallareddy institute of medical sciences

Likes

The infrastructure is one of the best, very clean place and has is still being developed.
There are many grounds, courts and other spaces dedicated to sports.
The faculty is top of the line, they are probably the best in the state.

Dislikes

The hostel food even though is alright most of the time, felt like it needs some improvement.
Basketball court definitely needs to be redone, the dimensions are all wrong
Hostel facilities can be improved, like the geezers, ac's, toilets etc.

Course Curriculum Overview:

My choice is based on my future, since my parents are doctors and we have a hospital, so I came into this course. The curriculum is pretty through, it's got pretty much everything covered. Not much room for improvement I feel like. The exams are not super hard, and the frequency is just right, there is enough time to prepare and enough time between two exams.

"The medical world"

The infrastructure is really good and with abundant Greenery all around,there are two hospitals one for women's campus and the other connected with the co ed campus with adequate patient flow
There is an annual fest for the students with many other extra curricular activities like sports, celebrating days like women's day,teachers days to name a few
College life can be best enjoyed with friendly atmosphere and very tight security...the workplace and college is very safe with experienced and supportive professionals,they are always there for us when in need,the academics part is excellent

Dislikes

The interns have the problem of stipend which is very low
There is no problem for dayscolars but the hostellers face problems with the mess food

-the clinical exposure and practical knowledge which helps us to understand and learn the topics better,there are many workshops and presentations,self directed learning,aetcom which takes us one step ahead to our future goals.The exam pattern is according to the university which are very frequent which makes us complete the topics on daily basis

The College has a great quality of Education which also includes various extra curricular and co-curricular activities.
Various sports competitions are also conducted and courts are also available inside the campus for badminton, cricket, baskeball, soccer, volleyball etc.,)
Canteen is also available in the campus which has many stores. There's also another canteen near the hospital.

Dislikes

All I can say is there are extreme climate conditions such as the higher temperatures during summer and the very cool weather in winter and excess rains during monsoon. The cleaning staff is always available for maintaining the campus inside.

Course Curriculum Overview:

This course has around 19 subjects in the curriculum and that's very important to learn these subject to graduate as a professional doctor. The teaching methods that they choose are so apt to make the concepts clear to the students. 3 internals are conducted for every batch before their University exams(finals). They also conduct weekly exams (FAs) before we write internals. The CBME curriculum helps in emphasising the clinical aspects more which prepares us for the real world applications and further academic pursuits.

Teaching is ossum, our professors are the top most faculty chosen from different colleges, our campus is so spacious and nice, to much greenery is here, patient rush is also high so we can learn to many things from them , management is also good, 😊
My campus have well light system, to much greenery , there is security all over the campus our hostel is also belonging in the campus campus have pond also, I think so this kind of campus is not present to other colleges atlast i just say nice campus
My college how well security so the girls can be safe here college also have their own library which contain lots of books so the students get so much benefit by reading this books also there is research centre available . All the things available .

Dislikes

Honestly there is nothing like that that I don't like in my campus but something like our hostel food I don't like it at all sometimes the give better food but sometimes the worst quality and taste hostel facilities I don't like 🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺
Sometimes in our hostel our things get stolen so I don't like this thing management should provide cameras to our hostel so so that we can keep our things in hostel without any fear but we can't go here and there because of this fear so I don't like
Hostel food is not good in taste all they are trying their best but the quality and the taste of food is not improving at all seas I am living in hostel hostel management is not good at all because sometime electricity is gone sometime water is not
