Likes
- Faculty members are well trained and are qualified mostly from IITs and NITs.
- Environmental setup is really awesome and calm.
- Library offers a large variety of books. Other than common library each department has a department library.
Dislikes
- Labs are not well furnished and well maintained.
- Office staff are somewhat rude to students,

Placement Experience:
From seventh semester students will be eligible for campus placements
Comapnies visited are Walkaro , Talrop. L & T , Infosys, Viseton etc. Mainly software comapnies are visiting for placement drives. An avaerge of 4 lakhs per annum are provided by the companies and the number of offers made are very less as compared to other colleges. Percentile of students getting placements are very less.
Plans after Btech is cracking GATE.

- Climate and environmental conditions suitable for peaceful mind .
- Library with wife range of variety of books .
- Nowadays , perfect functioning of placement cell
Dislikes
- Teaching is not much appreciable. Students have to study and prepare individually for must exams.
- Labs are just starting to function rather note adequate
- Transportation facilities are note appreciable.
Placement Experience:
From semester 7 the students will be eligible for campus placements .
But each semester 7 does not means that everyone can goes through placement. Each company has an eligibility criteria and it needs to be satisfied by the candidates.
College provides required placement trainings . In taking specific scenario of electronics and communication, LARSEN AND TURBO (L&T) , UST , 6D technologies, Algomax etc . The package offered can he varied.
The highest package offered can be nearly 6 or 8 lakhs per annum . But it is rarely seen .
Placement of students getting placed from ECE is very less as compared to that of CSE students.
My plan is to get qualified in GATE examination and pursue Mtech from highly reputed colleges like NITs or IITs or deviate completly to research area.

- Nature friendly.NBA accredited.Teachers are so good at our academics
- Cold climate and eco friendly campus.Campus is like a tourist spot
- Faculties are highly qualified and experienced
Dislikes
- Bus availability is not so good.we have to wait bus for going anywhere.As a hilly place bus availability is limited
- Network issue and range isuse.sometimes sim network is completely shutdown
- On campus placements are less.we have to placed through outcampus

3rd and 4th year students are available for placements.On campus placements are poor because our college is not in city side most of the placement is through outcampus.LandT, QBurst and ibm are the major recruiting companies.highest package is 8 lakh and Lowest is 2 lakh.Around 40 percentage students will be placed in each year

- The main factor I liked was the faculty interactions especially in our department. They were so dedicated and experienced that made oru job easy.The internal exams were conducted in correspondence to the semester exams making us prepared.
- The climate should be appreciated well. The fresh air of Idukki is obviously a key factor for our peace mind.
- The ladies hostel is good and cheap comparing to other expensive PGs. They maintain neat rooms and bathrooms.
Dislikes
- One thing many people feel uncomfortable with our college is the remote location as you neet to go about 8kms to get to a proper shop even hospital.
- Also the mai drawback is the poor placement drives.Many factors including the location makes this college with a very few placement offers.
- The mens suffer a lot with the absence of a college hostel and they need to search for other shelter options.

Course Curriculum Overview:
The curriculum is relevant in this current scenario but at the same time I also think that some subjects are not needed for a computer science and engineering student. For example the first year students learn basics of all departments. Basics of mechanical engineering is not really needed for a software engineer.

- Faculties are the best since it is one of the Government Engineering College of Kerala under the Kerala Technological University (KTU)
- Best club and organisation like culture and technical organisation in the college. Organisations like IEEE student branch are very active in the campus.
Dislikes
- College doesn't provide with boys hostel for the boys and the hostel is being under construction.
- The college doesn't have a good ground and the sports events are happening in other grounds near to the college.
- Office work delays and issues related to the geographic location of the college.

Placement Experience:
The Campus provide a placement for the students and the placement percentage of the college is 60%. All the main core companies for all the branches will visit the campus and will intake students based on their performance. The placements for CSE and IT branch are more in the college.

- The college atmosphere is very good. The campus is neat and tidy
- The library is good and we get almost every book related to our course.
- The student who take admission here are from all over kerala.
Dislikes
- The office staffs behavior is not tolerable.
Placement Experience:
From semester 7 you are eligible for campus placements. A lot of multinational companies come to this college and the top one is UST. You get a decent package from this company. Trenser comes here and also offer placements the package is decent.

- Ecofriendly campus with good climate, can have a good studying atmosphere.
- Faculty is well graduated and there core knowledge is outstanding and they are friendly nature
Dislikes
- Union representatives are very rude and bad behaviour
- Small canteen as compared to other college and lack of amenities
- Campus have small ground and it does not allow the students to bring there sport activities.
Placement Experience:
Placement drive in our college will work efficiently for the students. They will train the students for aptitude tests and technical tests. A faculty will be in charge of the placement cell. He will coordinate all programs like classes, orientation program

- One thing is beautiful atmosphere in rainy and cold seasons three must be full of fog it is very good and I liked that atmosphere
- In summer season also it is not heavy hot and in some days fog also there and here is more places to visit and it is a wonderful place to study
- And the most important is it is a friendly campus and there is no ragging and more entertainment and the teachers are more friendly with us
Dislikes
- Transportation facility is very poor notmuch poor but it so difficult but after evening buses for other routes direct bus not be received
- For some sim network is very bad and in rainy season also some network error
- Most worst situation is hostel we dont like the hostel life it is very bad and the hostel food also ver bad
Course Curriculum Overview:
It is very good according to me the exams they conduct during the series test for marking the internal mark is more efficient and it helps us to make talends helps for preparation of the final exam and also they cover the entire syllabus it is very good

- The atmosphere of the college like the sudden change of whether
- Some basic facilities are not available like bus
Course Curriculum Overview:
The course I choose computer science engineering lit bit tough to me because of I have no background to computer science .The frequency and timing of exam along with my perspective on their difficulty.
The vaccancy of jobs influence me to get the course
