The college offers a supportive academic environment with a faculty-to-student ratio of 1:50 and friendly staff. Each semester includes one internal and one external exam per subject, plus 2-3 quizzes, all of which are considered relatively easy, leading to a high pass rate. Students become eligible for placements in their 7th semester, with prominent companies like MG Motors, TATA Motors, and Reliance participating. About 80% of students attending placements secure jobs, with an average salary package of INR 4,00,000 per year.

The placement packages generally range from INR 3,00,000 to 5,00,000 annually, depending on students' conceptual understanding and aptitude. While IT sector jobs have been limited, students have access to internships at IITs and NITs, although these do not come with stipends. Projects such as automated farming machines and solar grass cutters enhance practical learning.
