CMRIT Bangalore Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

The college placements start after your 3rd year is over. If you are a CS/IS student you will be eligible for 99% of the companies and you have a CGPA greater than 7 to be eligible for most companies. Please don't expect any kind of internship from college in your 2nd or 3rd year, you will have to find that on your own. The internship is provided by companies (not all) at the time of placements. Some companies that visit the campus are VMWare, Deloitte, Eurofins, PwC, Surewaves, TCS, Infosys, HP, Huwaei, SAP Labs, LTI, Wipro, Epsilon,etc. The lowest packages are around 3LPA and the highest is around 12LPA . If you are a CS/IS student you can expect a job around 6-7LPA. Very few students from Mechanical and Civil get placed.

The Placement opportunity is more for CSE and ISE department only, Very rare opportunity for other departments

The campus placements at CMRIT are really good and they promise 100% placement. Campus recruitment starts by the beginning of 7th semester and goes on till mid of 8th semester. Mostly IT companies come during 7th semester and few core companies come during 8th semester. Trainings will be given and tests will be taken to analyze our strengths and weaknesses. The starting package is from 3.5 LPA and highest is 18 LPA.

I choose this course because it’s a broad engineering discipline that open door to various opportunities both in job and entrepreneurship sector Faculty:student ratio is good We have great , cooperative ,friendly and very well qualified faculty most of them are assistant professor Or professor. The timely were very good and easy if you follow the teacher instructions and work hard

Placements season starts for students who have entered the final year of college. The college starts preparing us for placements from the first year with the TYL classes. Most of the students in IT courses are placed. Placement for ECE course is also very good. Placements for civil and mechanical are less in comparison. Average placements packages are around 3-5 lacs with maximum package reaching 24 lacs. I plan to get placement in a good company and then think about higher studies. Some companies that come here for placements are VMware, Deloitte, Infosys, BOSCH etc. More details are available on their website.

Every year our college used to have great placement drive with most of the students getting placed in various companies. Usually placements happen for final year students but some companies even hire pre final year students. Companies hiring from our college also provide internship opportunities for training and getting industry ready.

Our campus placements are visited with many software companies like wipro, infosys, microsoft, google, tcs, many multinational companies from korea, japan, usa, uk, australia along with core companies. The highest package so far has been 15-30 LPA and the lowest package is 2LPA (approx.) The employment rate is high with many students getting placements on-campus and training starts from 1st year itself with aptitude and coding. Internships are available from 2nd year and company recruiting starts from 3rd year. After getting my degree I want a job in Japan or Korea.

The students are given placement training from their 1st year. The training is given for aptitude , logical reasoning and verbal and also soft skills. We have mock group discussion and personal interview conducted by our trainers which builds our confidence for the actual interview. The student is eligible for placements only after clearing certain TYL exams , if not the students are given multiple chances to clear it. There are several companies visiting our campus for placements like Deloitte , SAP , Capgemini , EY , PwC etc. Recently one of the students received an offer with salary package of 22 LPA which is the highest till date.

The placements begin during the 5 sem,you can get a lot of opportunities in your field of interest.Packages as high as 18 LPA have been offered.

CMRIT provides decent and assured placements to students in reputed organizations like Deloitte , Amazon, IBM, Sony, Flipkart, General Motors, VMware, TCS, Robert Bosch, Hitachi, Capgemini, Accenture, Huawei, Honeywell etc. Average placements is around 4.5 lakhs and Highest placement is 16 lakhs this year. Placements for Management students are also good, this year one of the management student bagged a placement of 22 lakhs per annum Synechron Technologies . Students become eligible for placements from 3rd year i.e 5th semester onwards. College provides placement training(TYL - Tie Your Laces) from 1st year onwards to ease student pressure and make them clear competition aptitude, comprehension, Quantitative and logical reasoning to get placed in reputed organizations. Placements in college is managed by college placement cells which consist of highly skilled and experienced faculty staff.
