CMRIT Bangalore Scholarship 2026: Amount, Eligibility, Selection Criteria

CMR Institute of Technology offers various scholarships to support students, including the CMR Memorial Scholarships and government scholarships for SC/ST, OBC, and economically weaker students. 5 month into the cmrit how it unfoleds for the freshers

Fees and Financial Aid:

the tution fees wouyld be 2,95000 but apart from that you also pay around 45 additional so almost its 340000. This fees is for all the people coming from comedk. Fir kcet it is relatively very low but for comedk(non kanartak students) it is considerably higher than the colleges in up/other states

I had gotten in through kcet, so my total tution fee comes around 5 lakh for 4 years. So first year it was around 90k, then onwards 1 lakh change. For my batchmates, for those who got through comedk its around 2.5 lakh per year and management fees depends on the course, CSE being the highest.

Balanced and great campus life.

In CMRIT I opted for MBA course. Currently for MBA course I'm paying 3,50,000 per year soo totally 7,00,000 to complete MBA course. This 7,00,000 includes all registration fees, admission fees, development fees, tuition fees, and all other charges.

My MBA journey through CMR Institute of Technology

? The yearly fees that i paid was 3,50,000 for 1st year and the same for 2nd year, with sums up to 7,00,000 for 2 years for management quota and it varies for thoes who are coming though PGCET, its 1,50,000 per year thats 3,00,000 for 2 years. ? The best part of the college admission was that there was no admission fees or any caution fee or anyother fees for either management or PGCET or SC/ST students ? As mentioned the fees differs for management and PGCET Studens and its total 7,00,000 for management students for 2 years and approximately 3,00,000 for PGCET for 2 years. ? Our college offers different scholarships fpr students based on past year marks or percentage and other scholarships for SC/ST students. And SIP is one of the scholarships that our college offers and We also have different scholarships from VTU.

Simple Review for a interested student

For the course Bachelors in Computer Science Engineering and Data Science, under management, 1st year fee is 6.5 lakh inclusive tuition fee, admission fees and development fee. CSE 7lakh, AI & ML 6.5lakh. There is no hidden charges. SC, ST, reservations is considered as per VTU rule

My fees 250000/ per year . And development fees was 700000 . Hostel fees is 1200000. So total fees is 2200000 for the entire course . My batchmates fees is also the same as mine . No scholarships are provided.

Very Nice college, Definitely recommend

The year wise fees is around 35000 for outside karnatka students and for state students it's under 200000 excluding hostel fees for both. And for the hostel it's around 170000-180000 for outside karnatka and 160000 for home state students.

CMRIT is a really great college to study and grow. The faculty are supportive and approachable. They genuinely care about helping students learn and succeed. Campus life is fun too, especially Cultura, the techno cultura fest, where students get to showcase their talents and creativity. We also have interdepartment cultural and sports fests held every year. The TYL classes are super helpfull, they help us prepare for our placements with practical skills, tips and guidance. CMRIT also has very good placements, from leading companies.
