Likes
- Fests and celebrations of various festivals on campus
- Freedom to wear anything or move around freely at any time on campus
- Air conditioned rooms and huge beautiful campus
Dislikes
- Some people here absolutely lack civil sense and its very disturbing
- Weather can be a bummer for non localites
Course Curriculum Overview:
Projects are asked to be made and they require you to use your knowledge practically. Some profs dont send their notes on time and some dont send at all. I feel if they sent it regularly studying would be easier.

- The college campus is pretty new and hence the infrastructure are pretty good.
- The mess of IIT Jodhpur is said to be one of the best mess at IITs.
- The presence of ACs in every building makes this place comfortable for students.
Dislikes
- The courses here are very much focussed on students who want to go for research and ignores those who want to get into corporate or any other domain.
- The campus is very away from the city which makes the commute for small things to city very difficult
- There are frequent power cuts here and makes it impossible yo survive in summer.
Course Curriculum Overview:
Course curriculum is very thorough at IIT Jodhpur. Moreover the students are very competitive. Teaching method mostly focusses on research and motivates students to go for further studied and research rather than getting a job. Exam difficulty level is medium to hard. However they prepare you for dealing with application based questions.

- I like college culture and fests held at iit jodhpur.
- Campus infrastructure and facilities and faculty and teaching staff.
- Hostel rooms ,single room is provided per each student
Dislikes
- Mess food only for south students,mostly mess food items are northern side.
- Campus is away from the city,although college provides transportation every day to city
- Water issues, water is recycled many times

Placement Experience:
In our college campus placements are takes place hugely. From 5 sem onwards students eligible for doing internships and from 7 sem onwards students eligible for campus placements
Google,amazon,infosys,adobe,flipkart etc .more than 1000 offers per year.
Highest packages above 60 lakhs per annum.
Average Package is about 30 lakhs per annum.
90 to 95 percentage of students are getting placed.
After degree i have a plans to do startup company.

- campus is really big and beautiful .it has lot of facilities .
- teaching method is excellent .all faculties are well qualified
- hostel alloted to us are really well developed and has good infrastructure
Dislikes
- 75% attendance policy applied after my admission
- girls to boy ratio is 13:87 ,which is very low
- quality of water for drinking is not that much good.
Placement Experience:
placement is quite good ,we get placements from companies like google ,microsoft ,oracle ,infosys ,amazon ,zomato ,etc .highest package is 55lpa and average package is 22 lpa .percentage of students placed is 95% (from cse b.tech) .

- The college campus is really huge and the sport ground has courts for almost every game.
- All students are provided single rooms from 1st year. Also every room has an individual air conditioner.
- The college has many food vendors within the campus. Apart from that we also have 2 grocery stores within the campus.
Dislikes
- Teachers of some department are really average, like they won't be able to explain you even simple concepts easily.
- Mess food is not at all good, the taste is quite bad also there are hygiene issues.
- There is frequent cuts of water supply, however it is notified atleast 4-5 hours prior.
Placement Experience:
Placements for all branches are really good, almost every branch has 90%+ placement. Students are eligible for placements from 7th sem onwards. Many big companies like google,amazon, microsoft, graviton, quadeye,delloite etc. visit our campus for placement and internships. As far as i know highest package that was offered was from a japanese company and it was of 80lpa ctc for software developer role.

- Campus is big. There are so many fest. They are so many clubs.
Dislikes
- I like everything except the director of institute he changed many good policies
Placement Experience:
As much as I have heard it is decent the ctc for my branch is 20 but base is also more than 10 lpa so it is good for beginners I guess and seniors are also placed in good and big companies so we have good alums connection

- Friendly environment. Having such a supportive and peaceful environment to grow and explore your areas of interest was the most beautiful thing i experienced
- Hostels . From having separate room to air conditioning was most relieving in hot climate state of this institution
- Placements. Having a well developed organised cell is important aspect
Dislikes
- Hot climate. It would have been better to make it. In some cool area
- Foods . Sometimes foods are just too much annoying
- Distance between city and college. That's a thing of disadvantage
Course Curriculum Overview:
Our core courses have been given priority, knowing our fields of departments.
At the same time we have been provided with advanced Artificial intelligence course.
Similarly we have been provided with courses of moral ethics course to keep us all in humble behavior with our environment and common folks.
Over-all I can say it's best thing to make us match the advance and needed capacity of the country's capability needed.

- the first thing i like is our couse curriculum, it is a little bit challenging and vast. It focuses on strong theoretical foundation with practical applications.
- secondly, the campus life is dashing, engaging and full of fun. There are many clubs, societies and events which focuses on a wide range of interests buliding a strong community.
- faculty members are highly qualified and they come from various research backgrounds. We can do projects and research under their guidance. They are highly supportive and approchable.
Dislikes
- the placement stats of some of the last years have disappointed me, they
- the campus is too far from the city so whenever we have to go to city for some work we have to give our entire day for that
- the quality of food in the capus mess and canteen is descent but still can be improved a lot
Placement Experience:
Placement statistics in the last few years are not that good in my campus. From 7th semester students are eligible for campus placements. The average package is around 15 LPA and the highest package till now offered is around 80 LPA. This year around 65% students get placed.

- First of all , the staff and seniors here are incredibly helpfull. Seniors help us to get accustomed to college life while staff members facilitate our lives here.
- The teaching methods of proffesors are high in quality and they dive in depth of every topic they cover.
- The placements here are good with average package of CSE be 20.25 lakh rupees
Dislikes
- The exams are very tough and we have to work very hard to do well in exams.
- Getting a good CGPA is very difficult here.
- The weather here is very hot and dry and can be difficult to live in
Placement Experience:
Students become eligible for campus placements from the 7th semester onwards. Some companies which visit include Amazon, Warner Bros, Google etc. The highest package is around 67 lacs and as for computer science branch the average package is 20.25 lakhs.
About 80% student get placed. I plan on taking placement through the placement cell after getting the degree.

- I liked the Campus infrastructure very much.
- I like the life of a student in the college as we are in the IIT
- Life is even better after the degree in our college
Dislikes
- Nothing nothing nothing nothing nothing.
Placement Experience:
From 6th semester the students are eligible for campus placements. Microsoft amazon and many other companies visited our college and gave nearly 400 offers. 85 percent students get placed and the others follow their passion for their future.
I opt to be placed after the degree.
