Placement through the college is generally around 3 to 4 lacs per annum and only a few students get placement from the college itself. Almost 10 to 12 students get placement from the college and it is a bit difficult for college placement.

The placements of this college are decent enough. A number of companies hire the final year students every year. The average package goes around 600000 lac per annum. Other than this many students have great score in GATE exam which qualify them for masters.

Be consistent and enjoys your life in pantnagar

If you are hoping for on campus placement here this is not your college. Campus placemnets are very minimal only 6 to 7 students got placed on 4-5 lpa packages. Top recuirting companies like TCS, accenture, Byjuys, LNT, ITC etc visit college to hire students. students got off campus placed and generally prepare for higher exams like GATE,CAT ,SSC CGL etc. the highest packge last year was 12 lakh off camous from a electronics and communication branch and lowest package goes upto 2 - 2.5 lakh.

placement cell is very active many companies visited up to date like Reliance , kubota, dhanuka agri limited and many more . may be highest avaerage package is 15 lakh per yaer in management course and upto 10 lakh in field of masters and undergraduate courses. in management department ,almost 100% placement is there but in other college of university getting upto 80% of placement and scholarship. i would like to join the placement after doing my degree if i would get this opportunity

Graduation- Best time of life.

Good Placements offered also encourage better future prospects. The library of the university is next level. Kisan mela held two times a year feels like another celebration for the university people.

In final year of btech companies start coming. Maximum students of CSE and IT get placed. Package is min. 3.2Lacs CTC. Both mass recruiters and startups take part in the placement drive. A good number of students get placed. But maximum students of our college opt for higher studies like appearing for GATE, GRE, CAT exams. Further students indulge in preparation for govt services like UPSC, Defence.

Placements have seen a significant dip after Covid19

Students become available for placements in their final year only and selection criteria for most of the companies is 6.5 GPA+ and for good comapanies it can be 7+. Most of the students here prepare for competitive exams like CAT, GATE and UPSC. Branches like Mechanical engineering, Electrical engineering still have some scope of placements.

Once a student completes 3rd year or 6th semester he or she can now start to look for placements however can join only after completing his/her degree. students are encouraged to do that from the very end of their 1st year/2nd semester only. few students are also sent to internship on behalf of college itself to gain experience and knowledge, developing useful skills. Avg package of college: 6LPA Median: 3.5-4 LPA

Pantnagar - A life long experience

4th year students are eligible for placement; if you want placement, college gives you that. Some enough placements for students who wish to, but most students opt out from placement for higher education or govt. Job. But placement gives you a job in NGO, agroproduct, and agriculture field sectors.

The placements are you at my college is totally improving with the focus on connecting students to opportunities with equal to base industries, research organisation and exhibition for student typically become eligible for campus placement in the final year usually starting from the seventh semester, this allows them to complete most of the curriculum and gain relevant knowledge before entering the job market on an average 70% of the student secure campus placement each year by some student for highest studies placement rate is for seeking job plans after graduation. After completion, my degree. I plan to explore opportunities and sustainable agriculture and exhibits lies in living, modern farming techniques and technology to improve productivity and environmental sustainability might also pursue a master special as per infield and enhance my career prospect for students in agriculture employ be largely depend on skill development, internship and practical exposure course provide effectively.

The Real reality of my collage

As per the placement pov the average placement is 3 to 5 lpa there is in campus placement available and several students apply for it over more than 40 companies come to campus for placement the highest placement is approx 12 lpa and the percentage of student getting place is approx 40 to 50% the student of final year are eligible and some cases 3rd year also eligible my plan is too pursue the government job after my degree not interested in placement
