AMET University Maritime Training Trust Scholarship for Female Cadets

Maritime Training Trust (MTT) of the Directorate General of Shipping, (Ministry of Shipping, Govt. of India) offers INR 1,00,000 Per Annum as monetary support to all Woman Seafarers who are undergoing pre-sea courses in the DGS-approved Maritime Training Institutes (MTIs).

AMET University Shree Janakiraman Scholarship

AMET University Shree Janakiraman Scholarship is offered to provide financial assistance by offering less fee allowance to students belonging to economically backward and unsophisticated families who are unable to bear the cost of the regular fee charged by the university.

To utilize the benefits from AMET University Shree Janakiraman Scholarship, the request has to be submitted to Vice Chancellor for consideration.

AMET University First Graduate Fees Concession is presented to the eligible students at the time of admission.

Educational fees for 1st yr - 300000/- Educational fees for 2nd yr - 300000/- Hostel/ food fees per year - 100000/- (2× 100000 = 200000 ) *Note : It's was informed to us that hostel fees will be increasing from 100000/yr to 125000/yr for the upcoming year. Scholarship is availed to the some excluded groups which includes people working under defence category and lowers.

I pauly almost Rs.2,35,000 per yr including tusi8and hostel fees. The tusion fee per yr is around Rs.1,20,000. My Admission fees was 25000 and there was an extra caution deposit of Rs.10,000. There are also several scholarships provided by the University in different fields.
