Dislikes

No Free Lunch for day scholars of which gave a burden on food costs
College Bus Mostly Prioritizes Staff instead of Students who pay the fees
ERP Constantly Getting Changed making it difficult to catch up/get old records of fees

Course Curriculum Overview

The course mostly stuck with Shipping at the start then over the period mostly focused on Logistics and Sales and some of them where difficult like Hindi Language and Accountancy and Business Statistics

Class Size: 57Course Fees: INR 310000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Total Fees for the Whole Course is Rs.3,10,000 and I have paid 4 Lakhs since I paid for the Transportation Fees and Overall, Exam Fees are usually at 3000 or 1800 depending on number of subjects including both theory and practical

Campus Life

Our Department only had one culturals called Voyage which was conducted yearly by PG Students. Study materials are usually in PDF or PPT Formats plus there are projecters used in the class to show them.

Admission

I have chosen this college because of an existing student who recommended me since this has Specialised in Shipping and this is the only college with that in my locality and since am a COVID Batch the admission was Easy

Faculty

The Faculties are pretty approached (although not everyone but majority are) who helped with our course studies by giving us easier and optimized notes to write for the exams helping us not be in panic

Interview Experience

No There was no group discussion or interview for the admission since I was applying for Non DG Course in the college which only require your 12th Marksheet for the admission plus some identity proofs

Night Life

I don't know anything about Nightlife as am a Day Scholar of the College, although the cafeteria is okayish it's not great but atleast it's hygienic and sometimes food is good based on the day. Only Veg

VIT a second home

Placement Experience:

VIT has a very good placement and the placement rate is 99.2%. the highest package is 1Cr. CTC. the average CTC is arounf 600000. around 200 companies visit VIT everyear. from the 5th semester placments and placement training will be started. students should have minimun of 7cgpa and 60% in their school educations. and students with standing arrers are not allowed to sit for placments. currently i'm looking for the placements in my college

Brutally Honest College Review

Placement Experience:

The placement process begins from the third year i.e. the fifth and sixth sem. But be warned the placement is pure dabba. The companies that visited are goldman sachs, pick your trail, venture lts, greenbay, taj, audible, TCS, etc. the package varies from 3.4 LPA to 12 LPA. These are just peanut money btw. The college says there's 100% placements ( joke of the century) but in reality only 70% gets placed. I plan to do MBA from a different college.

Placement Experience:

There are 3 departments in my college.Except my department other 2 department students can go for interviews for jobs and internships.My Aviation related jobs requires a degree certificate to attend interview.I can place on any airlines with the advantage of holding a aviation degree In my department, Placement rate is 99% I assure that.My plan is to get place on any role in airport to gain experience to become a Male cabin crew (Flight Attendent).

Course Curriculum Overview:

I took BBA as I personally business which lead me to take this course and it has more opportunities too.. this course will prepare you to shape your career you have to do internships and project which will help you to improve you more .. the areas of improvement are we expect outdoor classes also so that students can learn more the timing is quite okay.. it's 9 30 to 4 so it won't make you difficult

Outsourcing the college

In order to take admission in SRM , you have to pass the higher secondary exam from any recognized board in India with 60% aggregate marks in PCM subject. Also , the PCM subjects should be your core subject in higher secondary .
