The festivals that are conducted by our college are really amazing we played and enjoyed a lot.
The professors are well qualified and are very helpful and friendly towards students.
There has to be a clear and good admission process.

Dislikes

Infrastructure, this college is only having limited games and all for 4yrs we will get bored over here
The faculty do provide a better educational system but the way they teach the students lack effectiveness.
Term exams are conducted every 6 months it is a little bit difficult to pass.

Govt. KNM Arts and Science College PG Student review

Faculties are supportive and helps for the improvements in academic as well as for a good career
The library facilities are appreciable. The library system isn't much complicated and thus can be used effectively
The college gives support to other than academics like sports, arts etc. Though they won't mould new individuals they won't discourage those who have the ability to do so

Dislikes

The college is too small, it's only about 4 acres and thus limited space
There is no ground in the college, though they supports sports they are not doing much for creating new faces in that
Since it's a government college politics and political parties have great role here. So it sometimes disturbs the college atmosphere

The placement started recently and it is doing in association with the Kerala Knowledge Economy Mission. It will help you to know about how a interview works like that. It will helps you to prepare better for other interviews also

The teachers are friendly and also takes classses regularly
We've two canteen and both of them offer foods to us in very cheap prices
And also there are not much students which makes easier for us to attend classes and also to get attention from teachers.

Dislikes

We are degree students but still we have to attend assembly, use red gurder for our hairs and many more
We have to pay fines for many unnecessary reasons. Like if we wear different sock instead of white socks .
Fines make the college worsed and also we have swa members but they cannot go against sisters words. Because we can't even decide how to manage our program instead sister chooses to initiate the program as per her wish and accordingly

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course I'm taking is bachelor of arts (economics) which is a good one and as per NEP 2020 we've to study for 4 years and one year masters which is easy for time management and if we study only bachelors degree and obtain 75% we can easily give net exam which is a plus point of this curriculum.

A Simple though analytical overview of my College.

First of all the college infrastructure is somthing that needs to be appreciated. From the starting of Vidyanagar it seems like an entirely new world full of educationinstitutions ranging from schools , engineering collgs, Bed collgs, coaching centre
Not only the outdoors are good but also the indoors are also refreshing. All the classes have big wide windows through which sunlight passes through. And also the faculties are also kind and understanding.Attendence is marked online through linways
There is no compulsory dress code in the campus. You can where whatever you find apt for the day.Just wear I'd card. Shorts dresses are not at all an issue. Also the students are also very nice and interactive.

Dislikes

There are some teachers ( only 1 or 2) who shows uncessary attitude regarding giving attendance and all.
Parking space for students should have been bigger and more spacious as the no of vehicles are increasing day by day.
The policy of giving 4marks for having attendance above 90% should be removed. As other colleges only need 75% . And no extra marks are given for attendance.

I chose to pursue a course in Analytical Economics because of my fascination with the intricate relationships between economic variables and my desire to develop a deeper understanding of the underlying mechanisms that drive economic phenomena. Throughout my academic journey, I have been drawn to the analytical and problem-solving aspects of economics, and I believe that this course will equip me with the necessary tools and techniques to analyze complex economic data, identify patterns, and inform policy decisions. Moreover, I am excited about the prospect of applying mathematical and statistical techniques to real-world economic problems, and I am confident that this course will provide me with a solid foundation for a career in economic research, policy analysis, or decision-making.

Perfect yet imperfect

Department professors. Professors are friendly
Library. Best atmosphere and accommodations.
College surroundings. Cleaned and well maintained

Dislikes

Washroom. No pad system. Full of dogs and mosquitoes
English department. Its very pathetic to see our favorite hour classroom like that. Full of shit and like eww
Not that environment friendly. But its ok

Our course strength is nothing our college departments can defeat. Our course professors are the best. Indeed better than others. Student strength is also a good feature. Teachers takes class in an understanding way

As of to Kerala University, the pressure given by them are ferocious. The exams are not being held at the proper time. The students are continuously scared of their results as they promptly make students fail.

Mainly the library and availability of sources
Teachers who are ready to guide us provide notes and help throught out semesters
Additional activities which include conduting seminars related on various topics and it is conducted every year as a campaign it cover various topics last one i attended was by home baker about her experience and growth

Dislikes

Class. Some of classes in arts block are poor in condition
Approach on boys and girls. Many on the idea of opposite gender being friends, hangout and womens dressing style

Course Curriculum Overview:

For a student who is curious or more likely to explore history is good source. The various topics we cover entirely through out the semester, special visits on history places. For me its is really a great opportunity to explore more of my past

Dislikes

The college occupying space was short. The college provide uniforms,after 2or 3 moths our uniform cloth may get damaged
There is no language lab and very strict in paying fees before exam its sometimes make us hard.
Colour dresses are not allowed in the campus,only on Wednesday we can wear Colour dress

The course easy compare to other subjects.I took this subject because Im inspired by my school teacher who taught me well in English language and I also in interested to become a Teacher that's why I took this subject Teachers really help us in our studies and provide study materials make the atmosphere suitable for our education.Tge difficultly of the subject was we want to write alot in the answersheet it may cause time management problems only gor some cases

Life in the center of University

Likes

Teachers are so friendly and experienced. They are approachable at every time.
Very well- maintained department library and college library.
Opportunity for extra-curricular activities such as NCC and NSS

Dislikes

Lack of separate classroom facilities for first year and second year undergraduate students
Lack of placement and internship facilities

Course Curriculum Overview:

The frequency and timing of exams still need to be improved. The time for a semester normally would be 6 months. But the exam would be conducted and publishment of results is a long term process which needs improvement. Overall curriculum also needs improvement

Know our Mahatma Gandhi college

The college is super eco friendly. Its in a city but college is free from all distractions.
Tutors are the great supporters. They provide notes and they support students.
Campus is wide. Every person in the college is unique. Most of the students really love the college. Girls is more than boys

Dislikes

Number of boy students is less. Placement is limited
Events and programs are very limited. Only important programs.
Some tutors don't give notes and support. Some give traumas to students

I choose this college because many brilliant people studies here. College is super. We can explore the college in a vintage vibe. I like the faculty. Exams will frequently come. Toilet is little bad. They should improve it

Our college classess and class rooms are very good .
Our college campus is very nice for enjoying free time

Our college canteen food is very good and well hygiene but the canteen is too small
