MSU Baroda Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

Students are eligible for campus placement in their 2nd year of MBA course with a minimum of 60% overall. Many companies visited for placement, out of some are TCS, Reliance, ICIC, HDFC, Torrent pharma and etc. with 10 lpa highest and ?5lpa average. Also, 100% placement is recorded every year.

Placements are satisfactory as compared to the investment done in the course. Also, well-known companies come for recruitment such as ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, TCS, etc. Summer Internship Program also plays a major role here sometimes and some of them offer PPO too.

From the third semester onwards we are eligible for campus placements. Various reputed companies visit here. The average placement is around 4-5 LPA. The highest package last year was around 9-10 LPA. 80-85% of students are placed on an average.

The placement is good in FMS, MSU. The percentage of placed students go upto 80-90%. Most of which are placed for the package between 4 to 6 LPA, which from ROI point of view pretty decent. Also, every year the figures are increasing which is a positive thing.

The students who get an overall 60% or more are eligible for placements here only. The average package here offered is between 6-7 lakh p.a. and last year the highest placement was offered was about 10.2 p.a. in marketing specialization. The ratio of students is placed every year is about 60-70% of the total. The main motive of my MBA here is to improve my skills in business and then start a business accordingly.

After the completion of the first year, the campus placement will commence. Very recognized brands visit the campus for recruitment like ICICI, HDFC, TCS, Federal bank, etc. Some of these also visit for the Summer internship program. HDFC offered 6LPA whereas ICICI offers around 4-4.5 LPA.
