Course Curriculum Overview

5

i would rate the course cirriculum of MAIT a 8/10 as cirriculum is desgined by GGSIPU and its is well balanced with theroytical and practical knowlegde for the students. every semester you have 5 practical subject and 5 theory stubject and 1 additional subject for growth as person in corporate work. the syllabus is fairly good as thats not difficult if you pay attention in class you can score good grade in the semester. each semester usually has interal exam and then external exam which held in other colleges of GGSIPU. overall, the cirriculum is good, relevant, and career oriented.

Fees and Financial Aid

I've done by B.tech(IT) from Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology, and the fee structure for our batch between 2021-2025 is Rs.135000 per year, this means the total tuition cost of my degree is roughly around Rs.550000, excluding personal expenses like books, travel, etc. In first year student are required to pay the academic fee along with the extra charges like admission fee etc. other than the first year the yearly fee includes the academic fee, institution fee, developnment charges etc. Based on the trends from previous batches the fee is graduaaly incresing for the upcoming batches. As fat the the reservation and other categories studenyts have the to pay the same amounts of fee like the general category students but there are government/college scholarship where the students get the fee wavier according to their category. overally MAIT provide a great academic environment, fee are moderately high, scholarship oppurtunities help the deserving student to grow without the stress of college fees.

Campus Life

5

the campus life i had in mait is very great as we all know mait has the biggest campus in GGSIPU after the main campus so the campus is great... on the social aspect their are varios society where you can take part in and grow in that aspect also, the infrastructure is great as they have 8 block in mait and each block has 4-5 floor each floor has 5-6 classroom and 2 labs.

Admission

I opted for MAIT beacuse the nirf ranking of mait in BTECH field is best in GGSIPU and the cirriculum is same for thr all the college id GGSIPU but in mait what i have researched is that the placements average is very great as compare to the other. admission process is simple and straight... you have to apply in IPU councelling where on the basis of your JEE main rank you will get alloted to your respected colleges there will be mostly 4-5 round where the seat get alloted to the students. overall the process is great and simple

Faculty

5

faculty ratio is generally balanced. there is one faculty member for around 15-20 students i.e mentor for that group they will help you at any time regarding everything you are facing in college. many profesor explain the assignments and project work on the final year project you get asigned to one mentor who help you in everything the project work and all. as of i have experienced the faculty of mait is great

Night Life

5

i have not experienced the night life in my college as i travel daily to college. but what i have listen to from myb friends is that the nightlife is quite peacefull as the outside locality is not that on metro city types the the college campus is in the mostly farms type village ares so you can chill and have peacefull life around. i would not say it the most safest place for women but its not the baddest also.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course Curriculum for ECE in my clg is quite up to date and comprehensive, covering both core subjects and emerging areas of technology, which was a major factor in my decision to choose this branch. Course has a balanced theory with practical exposure, supported by great faculties guidance and well-maintained lab conditions. Also you get to choose the type of minor or specilaization you want to pursue after 1st year. Exams are conducted regularly after each semester, and levels are same as any engineering college would have.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The university doesn't beat around the bush while deciding the courses. They have picked only the subjects and the curriculum that are suitable for our field and focus on making us future-ready. Some subjects might seem a little fast-paced, but if you are consistent enough, you won't face any problems. It is safe to say that the exams and things taught in most the subjects are same to that of its so there is no lacking behind in that aspect.

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college used to be good, with almost 100% placement rates. But that hasn't been the case lately. There has been a significant drop in placement rates from the past couple of years, mainly because of the lack of job oppertunities and declining job markets. But, the placements are still better as compared to private colleges, NITs and newer IITs. The placements here are conducted in 2 phases. Phase 1 placements start in August- September, with the interviews starting from 1 December. The phase-2 placements start from January and then go on for entire semester. The student becomes eligible for sitting in placements in their 7th semester. While phase 2 placements are still not over for this year, I can share the placements stats of previous year. Around 70% students sitting for placements got placed. Rest students either prepare for civil services, or for higher studies like M.Tech, MBA,PhD, etc., but their percentage is very less. Most students come here only for internships and placements. The average package package for previous year was around ?15-16 LPA, and median package was around ?14 PLA.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is relevant and comprehensive, with practical modules and industry-focused content that influenced my choice. It effectively bridges academic knowledge with real-world applications. However, adding more case studies and interdisciplinary approaches could enhance learning. Exams are well-timed but could better assess critical thinking. Teaching methods would benefit from integrating more interactive and hands-on sessions.
