Course Curriculum Overview

4

The curriculum in terms are more relevant the syllabus is designed to give a strong foundation in core subjects while also including practical exposure and skill based learning. It balances theoretical knowledge with hand on labs and assignments which makes it applicable to real world scenarios. the curriculum allows some flexibility so that we can participate in college activities and societies giving students the chance to explore interdisciplinary areas. Overall it well structured for both academic growth and professional and future career opportunities.

Internships Opportunities

4

Not know about that because this is my first year and first semester i have not given any proper knowledge and about placement and the internship provinding companies and their stipends etc. so i have not the knowledge about that.

Placement Experience

3

I think from 3 year 5th semester students are eligible for the placement. Companies that comes are Deloitte, ibm etc. i have not too much knowledge about that but i think the median package is 4-5 lakh per annum and highest is 10 lakh. My want to become more professional and become capable to buy anything of my interest.

Fees and Financial Aid

Ramjas College is a must to go place for learning and personal growth.campus have a friendly vibe and the professors are supportive and approachable .there are plenty of opportunities to explore academics, research, and extracurricular activities like the societies here a too interesting giving opportunity to rock. Even as an introvert,I found it easy to get involved at my own pace and develop myself and overcome my problems like social communication etc.Overall Ramjas feel like a place where you can grow learn and discover your interest while making good in academic as well as lasting memories

Campus Life

3

My experience at Ramjas College has been highly positive, offering a balance between academics and personal growth.the campus fosters an inclusive and friendly environment, making it easy for students to connect and collaborate, even for those like me who are more introverted. There is a wide variety of clubs and societies, including cultural clubs, debating societies, research groups, and the placement cell, which provide excellent opportunities to explore interests, develop skills, and participate in events beyond the classroom.

Admission

As this because of my marks and cuet and csas round this college is allocated to me and as this college is in north campus it have more opportunities then any other campus colleges and i enjoy here because of the societies and the sport and study facilities.

Faculty

4

The faculty members at Ramjas College are generally supportive, knowledgeable, and approachable. Most professors are experts in their fields and encourage students to engage actively in lectures and discussions.there is 1 professor per 60-80 students. most of the faculty are good and friendly but some very few faculty are too aggressive and angery on small things

Night Life

3

I don't too about that because i come from my home and i don't live near the campus so i am unable to talk about that.i think it look too modern and traffic.Too many people walking on the road for going home or just for a walk.

Placement Experience:

The placement cell of Hansraj College is quite active. You are eligible to sit for campus placement offers from 5th semester onwards. Companies like Deloitte, capgemini arw frequent recruiters for several posts and positions. The highest offered package is somewhere around 22000 with the average being at 700000-800000. Not all students get placed on campus, however thr hands on training and learning makes you industry ready, making you eligible amd worthy to apply for off campus placement opportunities. Many students prefer not to sit for campus placements and rather opt for higher studies after graduation. I plan to do the same after getting my undergraduate degree.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I think the BSc Statistics (H) offered by Sri Venkateshwara College has been quite relevant and comprehensive in content. The core courses such as probability, inference, regression, and econometrics were the major reasons for opting for the subject of statistics. It provides us in-depth analytical training that is necessary for higher education and work in the field of data, though there is a need for exposure to software/tools as well. The semester-wise examination, which is moderately tough

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is just like any other college, and you need to do a lot of the skill enhancement by yourself. Here, you will learn something, but not everything that is relevant. The professors will teach according to the syllabus, be it really relevant in real life or not. Everything that you will be learning will be relevant for career in this field, but not enough. You require to put some extra efforts to gain more knowledge and practice.

Placement Experience:

Students typically become eligible from 3rd year/6th semester onwards for most companies. Some internships and tech roles may be available to 2nd-year students depending on the company criteria. Placement Percentage: Usually, 70–85% of eligible students get placed, depending on the stream. Highest placement rates are often in Computer Science, Economics, and Commerce streams. My plan is to become a software engineer.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Cource curriculum is highly relevant. It covers fundamental and advanced concepts of zoology , which was the main reason I choose this course. Subjects like human physiology, biochemistry, biomolecules, comparative anatomy of vertebrates, animal behaviour, ...etc. are highly interested and align with my interest. Practical components help in developing and understanding concepts more clearly. However, real world applications is limited. Curriculum prepare students well for further academics for PG or other competitive exams. Exam system is conducted at regular intervals with Internal assessment and semester end. Timings are appropriate . Difficulty level is moderate to high.

Hindu College, Bachelor of Science [B.Sc] {Hons.} (Mathematics)
Reviewed on Jan 6, 2026(Enrolled 2025)

Course Curriculum Overview:

For B.Sc (Hons) Mathematics at Hindu College, the curriculum follows the latest DU UGCF?2022 structure, so it covers both strong theory and some modern applications. The main reason to choose this course is the depth in core areas like Calculus, Algebra, Real Analysis, Linear Algebra, Differential Equations and Probability, which builds a very solid base for higher studies like M.Sc, data science or research. There are six semesters with continuous internal assessment plus end?semester exams, so students study regularly instead of only before finals. Exams are usually moderate to difficult because questions are concept?based, but the pattern is fair and gives weightage to assignments, tutorials and attendance. Overall, the course is quite comprehensive and relevant for careers in teaching, analytics, government exams and higher academics, though adding more practical projects, programming and real?life modelling could make it even more industry?oriented
