Likes

In terms of teachers and co-curricular activities like clubs and societies, there was a good learning environment, teachers taught well and were supportive too
Many companies conduct interviews or the placement cell is also working.
The infrastructure was thik thik, the classes were good, the fans and lights were in working condition

Dislikes

No skills base classes. All eyes on syllabus completion
The sports facility was a bit poor, there were coaches but no ground
The placement cell was not very active, we did not even know if the company would come and go

Course Curriculum Overview

SEminar Hue lectures are also very hot, it is necessary to participate in the clubs too, There were many problems and debates in historical events in history, many times we were also taken to see historical places

Class Size: 75Course Fees: INR 11300 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The only information I have is that my fee was Rs. 12,000 around the year and examination fee was Rs. 510 separately every semester. there were a lot of scholarships available, like those based on sports.

Campus Life

Kalindi's annual festival is famous which is celebrated very well. And from time to time many events programmes are held monthly. If the sports facility is not good and there is no ground, then sports people should pay attention, if you want to go ahead in sports, then do not choose Kalindi, Clubs socity sab achi thi time to time competition hote the mai graffiti club mai thi I personally enjoy that time

Admission

I had also applied to another college in Du. It would not be wrong to say that I got admission in this college by mistake because I had no idea about the courses offered by this college.I was just new, I had to take decision about life after 12th but now it feels like everything is going well, the college taught me a lot. Earlier admission was on merit basis but now it is through cuet. Cuet students, make your college preference list carefully, only that mattersMy experience was good, everything including the admission process was online.

Faculty

If we talk about the teachers, they seem to be the best. They are very helpful. Whenever any help is needed, they are always ready. They help students who are weak in studies. All the teachers of Sanskrit faculty treat students like their own children. The sports teacher also takes care of herself when someone is sick, just like home, it is very easy to clear the exam, a little hard work and you get good grades, just attend the class and you can top it

Night Life

No late night activities Because there were no hostels there, they were PGs, we were in PGs, so campus life is zero, there were parks nearby, cafes, all this was there, I was not my favorite or famous

DTU is Totally Worth Spending Time At!

Placement Experience:

Campus placements have been good from what I have noticed this year. BBA and BAE students get almost the same packages and same companies hire the students. Average package for BAE students is 5.5 Lakhs and for BBA it's a little high at 6 lakhs or so.

Our college has a very active and effective placement cell. Major companies like Goldman Sachs, Bain among many others come on campus for not just placements but also internships. Average and Median packages are between 8 and 10 lakh per annum, with highest packages going up to 25 lakhs. Tale of a First Year

Placement Experience:

The college Offers campus placements which are mostly in the private sector. Students are eligible for Campus Placements after Completing the 4th semester or we say on completion second year. Many companies are brought on board By the placement cell of the college. In this list also Mkinsey, EY, KPMG, Which are some of the prominent rulers of their industries. The median package offered to UG was 6 lakhs per annum, Top 9 students were offered a median salary of 9,00,000 per annum. Around 490 were placed From campus placements of the college out of 1300 students eligible For the placements, These are only approximate figures and not exact. The highest package offered from the college is around 14,00,000 per annum. Talking about my plans after getting the degree is going for highest studies, Either Masters in economics or MBA in business economics.

KM COLLEGE - FILLED WITH COMPLAINTS ?

Course Curriculum Overview:

Too vague to understand, feels extra burden of unnecessary irrelevant topics , extra papers like SEC/VAC simply add to the burden while barely providing with any skills and values as their name suggests . Studying them and preparing for exams add extra stress and unnecessary burden on them , diverting their focus from their core papers , which are already too huge and they study materials or readings simply fail to assist . Areas for improvement would be - proper structured study materials , also proper structured practical subjects / papers for students where they can actually learn or gain knowledge/skills which will be advantageous in their future .

Placement Experience:

I would say the placement opportunities are more available for science , commerce background students in the college there are rarely any placement opportunities for humanities background students . Mostly students starts engaging in placement in the fifth semester .severky companies visited campus every year including Deloitte , EY.TCS etc . Around 40 - 50 percent students from professional courses get the placement annually .even for the students not opting for placement the exposure n the strong alumni network of college help them secure good opportunities outside campus

Kalindi: The off Campus Star of DU !

There were several Reasons to choose Kalindi: It's an all girls college so it felt comparatively more Safer than the Co-ed ones. Also, this might be an unpopular opinion but the Boys were not there to make mischiefs so there was a good built-in environment for Study. Girls were there to manage each and everything. Either it was NCC, NSS, Sports, Societies or even Student Union, girls were incharge of literally everything and it used to feel very proud and wholesome. Honest opinion of kalindi college

Cuet is the eligibility. Like 70-80% percentile in physics can get you in kalindi. Application are announced nearly in March- april. This exam happens once a year. Cuet have a bit of lengthier and time taking admission procedure but it's worth it....Read More
